Location was perfect. We biked or walked to everything! Great size home for 2 couples or a small family.

The house is perfect for 2 adult males mountain biking the area. The location is right downtown within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The house is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I will be staying there again.

It’s a perfect little rental in a great location but it was dirty. My 7 year old daughter dragged her black bag on the floor about 5 feet and it was covered in hair and dust. The bathroom was probably the worst. There vanity cabinet had caked on dust and toothpaste drippings. When we moved an item on the ton, there was dust and gunk under it. We never cooked or used the kitchen other than a glass so I didn’t inspect it. The location was great and we walked everywhere and I would stay there again but the place needs a deep clean, not just a cursory straightening.

This was our fourth (I think) stay at Steps.. We've stayed at other places in Town over the years (we're hocked on MTB). Some - nicer, some - not so much, but Steps is usually our first choice. Location is excellent and town is growing rapidly towards south side. So, we walked to 3 coffee shops in the morning, 3 restaurants in the evening. I wish we stayed longer than 3 days.

Cannot beat this location, steps to the Square. Walkable to restaurants and to the Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Easy parking. Quiet. Ample hot water for showers. We had a nice visit.

This place has the best location. I felt very safe and walked around alone downtown a little at night and did not feel nervous. It was the perfect size for my son and me. Everything is clean & updated. The beds were very comfortable. I slept like a rock!

A friend and I came to town to hike and eat and go to a concert. This place worked out great. Would be great for cyclists too. Very close to several really good restaurants, coffee places, and shopping. The house was clean and comfortable.

Loved being able to walk to the square and nearby activities.

We were only in town for about 12 hours and this place was perfect. Steps away from the square where we had amazing dinner, coffee and breakfast. The house was clean and spacious. The beds were really comfortable. Great space!

Clean, easy with a GREAT location

This sweet house was so conveniently located in near the Bentonville Square. Communication with the owner was excellent. It was clean convenient and felt very safe.

It was the ideal spot for a quick business visit with easy access to downtown. A box of Kleenex would have been appreciated, but no complaints. Thanks.

This was our second time staying at one of Brandies properties. Just like the first, it was everything we wanted. The location is outstanding and for us its a great option for a game weekend. The drive down to Fayetteville is easy and there are more option for a family in Bentonville than on the Hill. I almost hate to keep leaving reviews for fear the next time we want to stay here they'll be reserved. But they are too good not to. :)

Ideal location near town square, coffe, bike shops, and trails.

Overall this property is perfect for being right where you want to be for all the best Bentonville has to offer. Walk to all the restaurants in the square, ride to all the trails. Great place to get away. Thanks!

Nice little place with a great location. Clean and comfy!

For location, this half of a duplex couldn't get much better. The apartment is clean, and the beds are soft and comfortable. However, the photos in the listing don't accurately represent the actual furnishings in the residence. The sofa that is there now is old and the springs are sprung, the one chair in the living room (not the one in the photo) is old, low to the floor, and incredibly uncomfortable. If you have more than three people staying here, you will need to bring in a chair from another room to seat more than three. You'll also need to remember all your own passwords to watch television, as there is only a Roku available. There is little lighting in the living room except bright overhead lights and a single lamp, and there were only three bath towels in the apartment and no extra blankets. The place suited our basic needs for two nights' rest, but if you were to spend more than that here you would be uncomfortable. You wouldn't want to spend any amount of time here but to clean up and sleep. The place could be made to be comfortable, but the owners should spend a weekend there and see what needs to be updated/adjusted. It's very bare-bones right now, but it's clean and very close to the center of town. A quick, couple-block stroll and you are on the town square, with any number of restaurants and shops. The owners were easy to contact, so if you need something I assume they would be helpful. They seem very nice.

This is a perfect spot if you are going to Bentonville to ride bikes. The entrance to Slaughter Pen is a three minute bike ride away. There are plenty of restaurants that are an easy walk from the house as well. We will be back. The place had bike storage, a nice bathroom and great air conditioning.
