This is my dream home. It was nice to escape the bustling 9-5 and our busy schedule outside of work. Everything was perfect, with the best host working with us to ensure we had a comfortable stay. If you’ve ever experienced the sublime, you will when you visit Burning Daylight. I was in awe of the serene backyard leading to the pier, watched the cranes, and enjoyed taking it all in. We also decided to rent a golf cart, and to our surprise, the gulf was a two-minute scoot from the house. Now that is something you want to experience in 30A. The people, atmosphere, and food (def recommend The Old Florida Fish House) are where to be. I cannot wait to retake my family every year.

This home was absolutely PERFECT in every way possible! The attention to detail was unmatched! We had something to do at all times, cornhole, kayaking, paddle boarding, beach, the dock at sunset and sunrise! I will absolutely be coming back to my new favorite place on 30A! Great week for our family. The location is great and the house worked very well for us. Having 2 refrigerators was very nice. Close to good eats and the beach access is right around the corner. Andra was a wonderful host and was eager to make sure we were happy. Book with confidence!

This is what we have been searching for the last 10 years. Even though the weather was not great having the sup boards and kayaks available for us was just what we needed. We rented bikes so we either bikes or took one of the water toys to the beach. Loved all the space and VERY well appointed. No need to bring anything from home other than clothes. Andrea was just so easy to work with and very easy to reach. Asked if we needed anything to make our stay better. We will be back.

We had the absolute best week! The property is beautiful and no detail is overlooked. It felt like home. We definitely appreciated not having to pack a single item for the beach! We loved the kayaks and paddle boards and even got close to sea turtles in the ocean one day. Andra is the best host we have ever worked with and we can’t wait to go back!!

Beautiful house and the location was perfect. The best of both worlds to enjoy the beach and lake. Thank you for an amazing stay. The house is just a short walk to beach. I was surprised at house close the ocean was to the house. Owner was very helpful and kept in touch to be sure we were enjoying our trip. Our family will be back.

We had a wonderful time at Burning Daylight! The house is beautiful and very well stocked with everything we needed(and more!). This was our first family vacation in many years and it could not have been any better! The property was better than expected and a perfect location. You get the best of both worlds (lake and beach). This is by far the best rental for a family traveling with kids of all ages. It is stocked with everything you can imagine and more. The host was also very responsive and welcoming and made sure everything was perfect on arrival! If you are looking for house on 30A this is it!! We will be back next year for sure!

This property was just awesome! My family and two others joined us for a week here and we have nothing negative to say. We had 6 adults and 5 kids and felt the space was perfect. The bunk room and kids bathroom was great! We especially liked the extra sitting room upstairs for the kids to play. Massive Lego collection!! Being on the lake was beautiful for sunsets, fishing and evening drinks. With the close proximity to the beach, we could paddle on the many paddle boards and kayaks available too. Beautiful decor and well stocked with all the necessities. Our families plan to book again here! Thank you for a lovely week in 30A!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home on Eastern Lake. We spent the mornings at beautiful Seagrove Beach, which was a short walk from the house, and in the afternoons we really enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking on the lake. The s’mores in the evenings around the fire pit were also a hit! The house was very clean and exceedingly well-appointed. Also, Andra was a fantastic host. She was in frequent communication with us to ensure we had all we needed to enjoy our stay. Thank you!

Despite not the best weather we had a really nice time! So much to do nearby with shopping and restaurants on 30A. We rented a golf cart and bikes which added to the fun. Beach and water are beautiful! The kids enjoyed fishing and using the kayaks too!

I have rented on 30A more times than I can count- I have never checked in where the lights were on, music was playing, greeted by a s'mores basket, fresh oranges and a juicer, kitchen perfectly stocked with everything from seasonings to options for hot tea... we were speechless. Everything about the house was over the top! We even asked if it was for sale. We will be back!

My family and I could not have enjoyed our stay more! The location is perfect, and the neighborhood is quiet. It is ideal for families of all sizes. My kids loved it even more than I did. I have already recommended this property to several friends, and we'll definitely be returning in the future!

This house had everything we needed, and more, to create memories with family! The owners have thought of every detail. The house is clean, inviting and intimate. We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday with a private dinner in the backyard, over looking the water, listening to the waves crash. There were toys for our 3 year old and for my 27 year old brother! Lol

This was our second time staying at Burning Daylight and it was another great experience. The location of the house is perfect. Right on the lake and a quick bike, walk or paddle board excursion to the beach. The house is in great condition and has a great layout. One of the best things about the house is that you really don't have to pack anything if you don't want. There are kayaks, skim boards, paddle boards, beach toys, beach chairs, etc.... The kitchen is also well stocked with all the accessories you will need. We will definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was my family, my sister's family and my mom. The house is so well appointed and we all had our own space. The dock with the paddle boards and the kayaks provided hours of endless entertainment for the kids. The garage is a treasure trove of everything you could ever want for the beach. We would LOVE to go back next summer!

We feel so lucky to have stumbled upon Burning Daylight when looking for our vacation spot this summer. In fact, as we studied the property through our decision making process, we kept saying to ourselves, "what's the catch?" There was no catch! This was hands-down the best vacation spot and home we've ever experienced. We've been coming to the 30A for years, but have always stayed at beachfront properties We thought we were taking a risk by sacrificing the beach and a pool for the lake, but we were wrong! We hope to stay at Burning Daylight every year for years to come. The home was in the perfect location - one of the most beautiful properties on Eastern Lake. The home had everything we needed and more! We took advantage of every square foot of the home - inside and out - and thoroughly enjoyed all the toys. We paddle boarded and kayaked mutliple times per day, had a corn hole tournament with the neighbors, rode bicycles daily, and played some serious ping pong matches. We were just a short walk or paddle board ride away from the beach, and Andra had everything we needed for a great day on the beach (umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, and a pull cart to make transferring everything seamless). Andra - thank you so much for opening your home to our family. We had one of the best vacations we can remember, and cannot wait to come back year after year. We didn't want to leave! Your communications leading up to and throughout our stay was above and beyond. Thank you again!

Our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Burning Daylight! The location on Eastern Lake was perfect for our active crew. We could paddle board and kayak right to the outflow to set up our beach site. The view of the lake from the house was peaceful and beautiful. Andra was a very responsive host, but the house was so nice and well stocked for all of our needs that we never had need to ask for anything.

I can’t even begin to describe what a special place Burning Daylight was to our family and friends. House is equipped with anything you might need and set up to have a wonderful time. Taking the boat across Eastern Lake to the beach was the highlight of our trip. We will always try to stay here when we return to 30a!

The property and house was perfect for our family of 11. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The welcome basket was also a special treat for the kids! Thank you, Andra, for great communication throughout our stay.

This property is amazing! The owners have made it such a special place for families and provide so many toys/fun to enjoy both the lake and the beach. Having fires in the fire pit you can hear live music from the old Florida fish house and enjoy the stars and waves crashing. It is so well stocked to bake/cook amd enjoy your family. The bunk room with the dorm style bathroom was perfect for our kiddos. We will come back to this place as soon as we can - the owners were wonderful and so easy to communicate with! Location is inbetween all the small towns on 30A so quick access to Rosemary beach, seaside or Grayton beach. Thank you for providing such a beautiful vacation spot!

We had the best time with all the activities this property has to offer. We caught fish, played ping pong, kayaked, sea shelled and played a lot of games. Such a fun home with beautiful designer touches.

Andra is amazing! The property layout was perfect for our little family. The views from the pier were breathtaking and relaxing. We were able to fish from the pier with the kids and they absolutely LOVED it. They all caught a fish for the first time and that made them sooo happy.

House was beautiful and well equipped. Having the lake and water toys were a great bonus. We will definitely stay here again!

The perfect home for a family vacation. There was something for everybody; fishing, kayaking, paddle board. The dock was a perfect place to sit in the sun and also watch it set. Young children will love the bunk room. You literally do not have to leave the property to have a wonderful vacation.

We loved our time here this past August 2021. Perfect home with lake and equipment provided to enjoy the lake or a bike ride to the beach. Beautiful area and close to some amazing fish restaurants. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of room. We miss this place already!
