Beautiful beachfront view and location. Great corner balcony. The condo is exactly as pictured. Marla was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

The property is located right on the beach. Wrap around balcony provides excellent view for several people. Unit is spacious and provided for three couples. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Location is wonderful.

The condo was amazing!! Marla has a wonderful condo and conveniently located close to everything. This was our first family trip since the pandemic and it was absolutely the best ever! Views for days!!! Seriously breathtaking! The condo is so comfortable and has everything you need. I love the building because you get all the amenities of the main resort but you are not overly crowded by all the guests. At our building we were able to park right at the door!! Then walked a few feet to the elevator. Get this....the elevator was basically always there ready to take me up to my home away from home. Also, the location is just a 2 minute drive to Walmart and maybe 5/10 minutes to Target. If you have a chance definitely book the condo from Marla. It was clean, beautiful, convenient, super friendly host, and honestly just amazing. Lol, book all you want but please leave me a week in there next season too! 😊😊

All I can say is excellent customer service! Marla allowed us to have an early check in during our stay. Room was beautiful and clean. Definitely will be booking future stays!

Just a great property! Very large 3 bedroom, 3 bath, with lots of glass and a magnificent view of the beach and pier. Carpeted areas feel like new with nice tile elsewhere. Marla is a great hostess and very responsive to my calls. We would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at Edgewater several times. Each time we have gone further away from the main tower. We loved this area of the beach.

Marla was a joy to work with! The condo was super nice and clean. Had everything we needed. The panoramic deck and the views were amazing for sunset and beach watching. The ocean’s restaurant on the property was delicious. Highly recommend if you’re wanting to travel to Panama City Beach.

We had an amazing stay in this condo. The condo was exactly as described and very comfortable for myself, my husband and 4 teens. The beach in front of leeward was never busy like the beach in front of the towers, but it is still just a short walk to the main pool area. Marla was great with communication and we had no issues throughout our stay. The only thing I missed was a linger on the balcony to enjoy the early morning quiet or the sunset :)

Marla was absolutely the best to rent from. From start to finish she was great with communication. The condo was super clean, spacious, and the views were gorgeous. We loved having easy access to the beach. We have already talked renting it every year. We can’t wait to come back!

The easiest access to the beach, clean, convenient. Golf course was challenging. The owner was very gracious and accommodating. My friends and I would definitely RE-book!

The condo was clean, bright and comfortable. I would stay again. Its close to pool with easy access to the beach. From the balcony we could watch ocean, beach and the pier. Its close to the restaurants, menus for several restaurants were in the condo. Would rent this condo again.

My husband and I, along with 2 other couples stayed at this condo for 10 days. It was a perfect set up for us. The view is spectacular, the condo is very clean and comfortable, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is well supplied, and the owner is extremely responsive and helpful. Two of the bedrooms have ocean views and you can hear the waves at night. The 3rd bedroom is very large and its' bathroom is large as well. The Edgewater Resort common areas are awesome. The Leeward pool is heated (and it was warm) and the community hot tub is a short walk to the next building. All 3 couples would not hesitate to return to this condo!

The condo was perfect for my family of five and could not be in a better location. Marla was wonderful to work with. She communicated early and often on the check-in process and followed up while we were staying to make sure everything was going well. Everything went smoothly! I would absolutely rent this unit and work with Marla again!

This property has a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was very clean. We had no problems during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped. Marla was very helpful. A family member left clothes in the washer. She was kind enough to dry them and mail them to me!

I definitely recommend this property! The owner Marla, was absolutely awesome to work with. She was very receptive to calls or txts. Very easy to work with. She would check in with you. I’ve never had that kind of communication with a condo owner before. She made us very comfortable with the process of everything. The only issue I had with the condo was the fact the dryer didn’t work. However, she called a couple days before we arrived to let us know that the previous renters reported that it was making a loud noise. A technician came but unfortunately wasn’t able to fix it d/t having to wait for a part to come in. That was the only problem we had. The pool is great, 2 accesses to beach. Nice large balcony. The condo was beautiful!! Definitely the same as pictures shown! Oh and the beds? Yeah, they were actually very comfy. First time having a great bed to sleep in especially at a condo!! Yes, yes, and yes we would stay again. Definitely look forward to doing this again next year!! Thanks Marla!!

You won't be disappointed with this location! The condo is spacious and clean! The property overall is safe and convenient! The balcony is one of the largest I have ever seen! We had the best time!! The property owner was extremely responsive and helpful! I cant think of one negative except that we should have stayed longer!!! We would definitely recommend!!!

We had a very nice time overall did have a couple little issues with the unit but nothing to ruin the trip my daughter did surprise me and show up in Florida only not to be able to come on the property that was kind of sad

Well located and laid out space with nice ocean views from two of the three bedrooms. Wrap-around balcony with unobstructed views during good weather while main indoor sitting area has great views during inclement weather. Would not hesitate to return here.

This condo was beautiful. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the fact that it needed a good cleaning. The kitchen was stocked! We loved that with the pandemic going on. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. The owner was awesome!!! Communication with her was top notch. Check in process was so easy! I would definitely recommend this property.

Our experience at this condo and resort was outstanding. Thanks to Marla for being a wonderful host while we were in Panama City Beach. The check in and checkout were smooth and easy and communication was great. We enjoyed every aspect of the unit and the resort. My husband and I were there in August with our 2 grown daughters, our son in law and our grandchildren (5 and 3). Bedroom and bath arrangements worked out perfectly for us and the beds were comfortable. The unit is very well equipped to handle any of your vacation needs, from kitchen utensils, to a washer and dryer, to beach toys and chairs. We loved the close walk to the beach and the pool. The kids thought the small pool below our balcony was great. The adults preferred the lagoon pool only a short walk away. The beach was perfect. The sugar sand made walking on the beach and playing at the water's edge so much fun. No need to worry about stepping on sharp shell pieces or stones. We used the chair rental service which gave us the ability to go from the condo to the small pool to the beach all day. The extra beach chairs that were in the condo along with the beach toys made it so easy for everyone to enjoy the sand and surf. The view was perfection! The wrap around balcony with access from two of the bedrooms, the dining room and the living room was my favorite place to sit. From sun up to sundown the views were amazing and the sound of the waves was soothing. I could even hear it as I fell asleep. The condo was very quiet and we never heard noise from any other units. Our meals were all eaten in the condo, but we did carry out for evening meals. One was from the Oceans restaurant near the pool and it was very good. The ice maker was great and we never had to buy ice. The air conditioner was top notch and kept us very comfortable. All the furniture was in great shape and it was very clean when we arrived. It is apparent that this is a well managed condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our family beach getaway and would highly recommend this unit. We hope to return in the future.
