Beautifully decorated luxury home just perfect for six picky girlfriends with lovely bathrooms. We walked everywhere.

If you are looking for a great home that can easily accommodate a crowd, each having its own bathroom, then this is the place for you. Also rare to find a property downtown with a small pool. The house is lovely. Quiet residential district at night. Walking distance to Forsyth Park area. If you are walking to River Street and City Market daily, it is a bit of a walk but doable. Well equipped inside and out and although there is no dedicated parking, there was plenty available on the streets and two parking cards provided for the nearest garage. Great communication by the property manager! We would stay here again!

Eleven Longtime friends stayed at this home, which was absolutely perfect for us. We had to change our original date because of a conflict and while there was a small change fee they were great about accommodating us. It’s close to everything which makes walking easy. We did rent a car, but really didn’t need it as except for the airport and a grocery store run we didn’t go anywhere. We absolutely enjoyed the courtyard with the pool and the covered seating, as we had coffee and breakfast there every morning, the heat lamp was a nice touch as we did have a couple cool mornings. no one can get out over how great the house was. If you’re on the fence, go ahead and book it, it’s worth every penny.

We stayed here for our family vacation. There were 13 of us and we fit comfortably. The location was awesome and the house was clean and just as described on the listing. Would definitely stay here again!

We were five women who celebrated Christmas together at this wonderful restored home in the historical district. The location was great, the kitchen is well equipped, the house was clean and parking was always available on the street. Would definitely rent this beautiful home again.

Pretty house on a quiet street in a great walkable location. Our group of 8 friends enjoyed the lovely en suite rooms and the many comfortable sitting areas.

There were 8 good friends on this trip to Savannah. We had a wonderful visit and the house was great for us. Love the back patio and pool area. Great location. Would definitely rent again.

The whole experience was wonderful. We were to have eight girls, but two had to cancel. So the six of us stayed in the main house and did not use the pool house. We all had our own beds and private beds. The rooms were delightful. We loved being near Forsyth Park. The area near the home was quiet and very beautiful. Our only complaint was the living room did not have enough furniture for all of us to gather in talk together. We needed to use dining room chairs for people to sit together in the living room. But overall, it was a lovely place and we had a great time in Savannah. Thank you so much.

Location: perfect, very convenient to many attractions . House: VERY NICE, but be aware that there are three floors! Kitchen: Very well appointed with nice pots/pans/ glass wear/small appliances etc

We had a great time! The house was in a good location with plenty of space for guests. We especially appreciated that each room had its own bathroom with a large group of girls. The backyard space was also a hit although the pool appeared to be dirty as a lot of leaves and debris were coming off a nearby tree. Overall great place, we would definitely stay again.

This home did not disappoint. Beautiful inside and out. The pool house was a nice addition and allowed everyone to have a room. This is also a great location near Forsyth Park and an easy walk to just about everything in historic Savannah.

This was for my son's wedding, and I wanted the entire family to be able to go. It had 5 bedroom suites with ensuite bathroom, plus a den with pull out couch and door/armoire for storage and the best part, a separate cottage with upstairs bedroom and downstairs living room, full bathroom and coffee/sink area. Small pool in between, perfect for sitting around and putting out feet in, could be good for small kids. Parking was not an issue, once we parked we never left. There were parking passes for 2 vehicles for a garage, but we did not need to use that. A bit further away from downtown, but a $8 to $10. uber ride back at night, we walked there. Would definitely recommend, communication with the staff was amazing, we had no issues but had a question at 11pm and they texted back an answer! Definitely recommend.

Hosting a retreat for 10 mature women, this property was simply perfect. Central location, close to Forsyth Park and the amenities of the luxury accommodations were better than anticipated. We will definitely return.

11 ladies came to celebrate an upcoming marriage. First to time in Savannah. This house was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, beautifully decorated, and the perfect location within walking distance to many attractions. The pool house was an extra touch. The bride to be and I stayed there. It was nice to have an extra quiet space to relax. I would definitely love to rent this space again for another special occasion.

We enjoyed our stay throughly. The home is beautiful throughout. It worked out perfectly for our family while we were down from Michigan for my daughter’s wedding. Parking was convenient. We never needed to use the extra spaces in the lot near by. I was highly recommend this home for your stay in Savannah.

Paradise Restored is an excellent property for a group of friends or family. The house was clean and spacious in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown. I would most definitely stay there again.

Ten of us enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property, which embodies the southern charm of Savannah while providing an updated and comfortable space. A 15-20 minute walk carries you to everything you’ll want to enjoy. We all had a great time!

Our stay at this property in the historic district of Savannah was absolutely wonderful. The house was just as described. It had everything we needed. There were plenty of good restaurants and shopping nearby. I would suggest anyone staying during a holiday to reserve any tours well in advance. Unfortunately we couldn’t book some trolley tours. Overall, definitely recommend this place for a large group.

Our family decided to do Thanksgiving in Savannah this year and booked this lovely property. Everyone really appreciated having a spacious bedroom with a private bathroom. The outdoor space was wonderful for the lovely cool evenings. We enjoyed the solo stove and the outdoor bar! The kitchen stove was a dream for Thanksgiving! The kitchen was well stocked for a large group with quality glassware and plenty of serving pieces. They even had martini glasses and a shaker which is rarely found in rental properties. Communication with the property manager was quick to respond to any questions I had. The house was well cared for and clean! If you are looking for a larger home for a group - this is fantastic choice!

Overall a great experience. Might be cold in the winter as the units are struggling to put out hot air.

A group of 6 couples had a wonderful stay in this perfect house for a 4 day getaway!! 5 Suites, plus guest house, fantastic common areas inside and out

Our group of 6 really appreciated the beautifully furnished 6 bedrooms, which are all en suite. The outdoor space with a gas grill and pool was a bonus. The kitchen is large and well equipped for cooking and serving a large group. The washer and dryer (with provided laundry soap) was also appreciated. The location is perfect for walking and exploring the city. We never had difficulty finding parking on the street in front of the house. We wouldn’t hesitate to return…we loved it!

Excellent rental for a large gathering. 14 of us stayed here for a week. On the day of the wedding, we had people come and go for their hair and makeup while we kept the bride and groom apart easily by using the carriage house. There is a fare free dot shuttle that drops off or picks up just three blocks away. The rental was a former bed and breakfast so every bedroom has a bathroom attached.

Had a group of 11 ladies for a 4 day stay! The house was perfect. Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space. The property was very clean and stocked with necessities. Very comfortable beds. Pool was clean. Communication with property manager Mary was very easy, answering all our questions and concerns. We had 0 issues. A few blocks from Forsyth Park and a walkable distance to River Street. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property for large groups or families.

This property was perfect for our group of sixty something former college roommates...originally seven, but only five were able to go because of family illnesses. We loved having our own rooms and bathrooms, and the location is excellent for seeing the sights of Savannah. We would definitely stay again. We were a little disappointed because the pool was unusable during our stay, and the cushions for the outdoor furniture could have been cleaned a little better, but the manager did give us a small refund because of this. She was very quick to respond to our concerns. This would not prevent us from recommending this property. Great stay!

Our family lives all across the country. This home was perfect for our family gathering. From the kitchen, to the pool, to the historic city, this was a wonderful home to stay in. The listing was very accurate.
