This hotel had a good breakfast options. The main menu for dining lacked quick small snacks/meals. The rooms were spacious and comfy I had a suite. However the bathrooms were very dark and there was nowhere to hang your towels unless you hung them in the shower area which would allow them to get wet or fall as this rack was poorly affixed to the wall. The spa facilities were fab and I had a head neck shoulder massage and a foot massage. MY therapist was lovely but her nails were long and they kept poking me in the head and foot. The hotel itself was a very quick walk to the banks of the Ganga. It felt secluded and peaceful but we were able to be amongst the action fairly quickly. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The gym had a treadmill and cross trainer. This served its purpose for my use of it. It did have dumb bells I am unsure if it had any free weights.

I feel the food menu could have been better. I am keen for health foods but I felt it was advertised as health foods but it wasn't really. If you are staying for more than one day and having several meals a day here you would run out of options. There was a lack of variety.

Breakfast was okay. Room size was fabulous. They also gave us upgrade from suite to apartment which was way too spacious for a family.

I didn't like the location of hotel as it is away from everything like ram jhula, triveni ghat, laxman jhula.

The facilities like spa and restaurants and the garden.

The location

Food was good and very well served. The service was prompt and the staff was responsive.

A mattress lay outside our door for hours. There was no view from the window and nowhere to walk around.

Property is nice and clean.

The breakfast and the serving staff were really bad. There were very few options for breakfast to begin with, and then the serving staff were extremely unresponsive to any needs. They took forever to bring any food and even then brought something poor quality. In general they seem to have a bad attitude with no interest in listening to or serving the customer. Definitely not worth the price or the number of stars it showed for this place while booking.

Hotel was a bit far from the main areas though we had a car and could also walk to the river. The rooms were quite spacious. There is a gym in case you need.

There was a very strong chemical smell in the reception area. The breakfast could be better.
