El hotel está en construcción, ruidos, cortes de agua, electricidad y sin previo aviso. Desde temprano ruidos de los empleados de la construcción arriba y abajo. La entrada al hotel estaba básicamente obstruida por la suciedad acumulada, muy sucio.
Les pedí a los chicos de recepción que esto se tenía que avisar/notificar si iba a haber algún corte de suministros.
La habitación a mi llegada muy muy sucia al suelo no había limpiado nada...

Wszystko było w porządku. Personel jest bardzo miły, pokój był czysty. Lokalizacja również bardzo dobra (choć daleko od Triveni Ghat i centrum Rishikesh) - w pobliżu znajduje się mnóstwo sklepów i restauracji, okolica jest spokojna, a w pobliżu są lasy. Bardzo blisko jest również do Gangi. To naprawdę dobre miejsce w dobrej cenie.

Quiet location, spacious room with two shower/bathrooms (in 10-bed dorm) and hot water!
No AC in the shared dorms, the guests are noisy and talking until late hours as there are not "quiet hours" in place, and beds are not very comfortable (very thin foam mattress).

Great staff & location. Very welcoming and an enjoyable stay. Would recommend to anybody finding themselves on the other side of the bridge.

This is a value for money stay, the dorm is very spacious and was clean. The location is also nice, there is mountain behind hotel, so that adds up to the beauty of this place. Above all, the staffs are so helpful and will be there for your help at all times. After checkout also they happily helped me with whatever I needed.

I would just suggest we can put more soap/tissue in bathroom.

The staff was great, the only thing to improve was not speaking in a gangster tone would be more comfortable.
The bathroom was dirty, and other people was so loud, in general not a single person respect boundaries and politeness.

Perfect location for solo travelers.We stayed for one week and loved our stay here. Staff goes above and beyond to help you out. Definitely coming back here.

Property location in perfect location nearby famous cafes and near to ghats. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable . Property cleaning was up to the mark.

No breakfast available, on the website it was shown having TV which is false advertisement. On enquiry staff says who uses TV Nowadays. No rooms have TVs in any hotel like childish statements given by the staff. No room cleaning in 3 days stay, no bedsheets change, no towels change. Only one towel provided between two occupants. This was sheer wastage of money staying in Sonu guest house.

Nice and clean room, laundry service was provided which was a huge help. Property was
quite nice.
The location wasn't very good, had to pass by a dump yard sans any lights to reach the place. Drinking water cooler was often empty.

Hotel manager Mr. Rakesh Kumar was extremely courteous and he took very good care of us. Location of the property is also very close to Laxman jhula.

Excellent service by the staff and owner. They were available on every phone call I made. The location is superb. Has an open kitchen where long stays are at ease for cooking needs.
I was much obliged towards the owner who helped us fetch local interests and cuisine guidance. Coming back for more!

The rooms were clean and there was 24/7 hot water which is a must for Rishikesh
There was no breakfast available.
Parking was 500 meters away and the location is on the other side of Rishikesh. Not easily accessible by car.
