Great house in a great location. Could easily walk to the riverfront (just under 1 mile). Parking was easy enough. Lots of space, and very quiet. Only two comments would be that the bath soap provided is the size of a large coin....way too small. Make sure to bring your own. The back door to the courtyard only has a lock on the handle (the deadbolt requires a key, which we didn't have). This doesn't seem very secure. Would definitely rent this house again; we all loved it!

Beautiful home and great location. Close proximity to historic sites and main attractions. One bit of feedback is to add air fresheners or odor neutralizer, the house had a very strong smell. Overall, a great experience.

We loved this house. It was beautiful and extremely clean. The beds were so comfortable too. We sat on the back deck every morning and evening. Location was perfect for walking everywhere. The neighbors were very friendly also. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home that was very clean and furnished very well. The home was ready for our arrival with some lights and TV on, fresh flowers plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Beds were comfortable with nice sheets that smelled fantastic! The only thing we didn’t have prior to arriving were details on parking. The back porch shares a courtyard with the neighboring properties so it’s not ideal for sitting and talking bc of the noise it creates. The rooftop patio is off the 3rd bedroom. Small things but just details to help you plan. Overall, we loved the property!

Good space for a family of five adults. Easy check in and out. No issues. Enjoyed the back porch. Beds were comfy and glad they had a reg coffee maker and not just a Kerig. Parking was easy enough too. There are three levels, which was fine for us, but I hadn’t noticed when booking.

This house has so much character and is in a great spot for exploring the historic district on foot. We absolutely loved the back porch and the rooftop patio! The house was set up well and had everything we needed to feel at home.

The property was perfect! Perfect location- perfect amount of space for everyone to have room- perfectly clean and furnished. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to restaurants- squares- shops. I would definitely recommend staying here. You will not regret it!

The Crawford Main House was a lovely place to stay for my bachelorette trip to Savannah. The home is filled with wonderful art and has ample light which made for a joyful experience in the house. The home was very clean and the kitchen is well-appointed. The multiple decks were wonderful places to have breakfast and also to relax at the end of the night. I appreciated that the property management company checked in to see if everything was in working order. I absolutely loved this house.

We would stay here again. It is beautifully appointed and has really comfortable mattresses. The back part of the house by the smaller table and patio make the space extra great. I had to call the rental company to ask some specific questions as 'Nick' doesn't necessarily exist and didn't respond to my inquiries. Disposables (soap, paper towels, etc.) are limited, so we brought the following: extra kitchen towels (they provide one), laundry soap, kleenex, cooking oil, coffee (there was a drip and keurips machine but no coffee). There were no food storage containers of any kind or plastic food bags. We could have used an extra blanket or two as well, as the heavy duvets were too much. Plenty of metered parking on the street, so the morning after we arrived we went to Bryan Street (office on 1st fl pkg garage facing the park) to buy multi-day passes that we left in the car windows (thirty-nine dollars for 72 hrs). Otherwise there are machines where you can pay with credit cards. Location was great, as we could easily walk to interesting things, but a sweet, quiet neighborhood. The back garden had a fruiting kumquat tree and beautiful plants. We had brought a folding table to eat out there, but it is a shared courtyard and not that big. But the back patio and breakfast room/kitchen make the house with big windows, etc. Overall, a great place.

3 couples in their 50's coming from Charleston SC. We brought our bikes and I have to say that Savannah is the best biking and walking city I've been too. We walked and biked everywhere! We had concert tickets on Saturday night and walked to the arena in 10 minutes. Excellent property with great bedroom sizes and comfortable beds. We were cooking a specialty meal and needed oven mitts and the owner bought some real quick and brought them over!!! What customer service!!!

We had a great time. The property was perfect for 3 couples. We each had a very nice bedroom with our own bath. The kitchen was well appointed. Location was good, we walked all over downtown.

The property is gorgeous and plenty of room for our family reunion, celebration of a birthday and wedding all in one! It was perfect and elegant. Loved the big dining room table that accommodated 10!

Crawford house was very nice. Good location. Description of property was accurate. They did respond when I had questions.

We really enjoyed our visit and staying at the Crawford House. I would highly recommend staying here. Rooms were spacious, loved that everyone had thier own bathroom. The back patio and roof-top patio were really cool. Also loved that you could see Crawford Square right from your doorstep - great location!

Our annual trip to Savannah is usually a hotel stay. We needed more room this time .This house was absolutely perfect for our five day five guest stay. Great location, very clean, perfectly appointed and extremely quiet.

Wonderful and beautiful place! We used all of the space including the space outside on the third floor, and the porch outside the kitchen area. Easy to walk everywhere. Wish they supplied paper towels upon arrival (small thing.)

This house is beautiful! Location is great, beds & linens super comfortable. I love staying in VRBO’s & this was one of the most beautiful ones I’ve stayed in. 6 women had a wonderful time.

Great location, gorgeous property, very clean. The property felt so welcoming. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets would be awesome for longer stays as well. The two outdoor spaces were so perfect for resting between all of the walking you do in Savannah. Location is so convenient. Never had an issue with parking being available close by. Excellent. Definitely on my list of favorites!

I felt at home as soon as we walked into the house. It is well maintained and in a great location in Savannah! We traveled with our two girls and one of their friends (18 and 2 15yo). They all loved the house, especially the rooftop patio! The only problem we encountered was the master whirlpool tub was broken, I contacted property management and never heard back from maintenance in reference to getting it repaired during our stay. I would definitely look at staying at this property again!

This property is in a great location, close to shopping, beach, restaurants, etc. in walking distance or easy drive. The metered parking for this property is not too expensive but factor in at least $12 +/- each weekday for your costs. The bedrooms were huge and each one having it's own full bathroom which is nice. The floors were not clean, dog hair was all over my children when they sat on the floors. First day of arrival there were tufts of dog hair everywhere! I realize it's a dog friendly rental but our dogs did NOT leave a mess like that. Kitchen dishes were not all clean so I don't think the staff looks before putting them away from the dishwasher of last guest or looks in the closets to check cleanliness. The outdoor furniture was moldy and needs to be updated. We had to purchase toilet paper and paper towels since the property didn't leave enough for our use and wouldn't return calls to get more. The refrigerator also did not work and the office stated to put a bag of ice in the refrigerator to stabilize the temperature...hmmmmm, just buy a new refrigerator. It doesn't have to be expensive. The office brought a mini-fridge the next day for us to use which was extremely dirty inside. The maintenance person cleaned it out mostly but why not clean it before you bring it over??? Finally, other than them quickly addressing this because I emailed "URGENT" and called - any other time I called, I never received a call back. I was also told we could park my car in their garage, the door was open then someone must have come by and locked us out of the garage, trapping my car inside. When we finally reached the office, she stated I couldn't use the garage - I'm confused why would one person say yes and another no. I looked around and saw other properties in better areas, probably cost a bit more but would be worth considering the lack of cleanliness and terrible communication. Day #5, I'm still waiting for them to call me back.

Great place and location. House was beautiful and spotless. Recommend basic cleaning supplies to clean counters in kitchen, bathrooms, along with paper towels and toilet paper. Otherwise, and amazing experience and will rent in future and recommend to friends and family.

Property was more than one could ask for. Centrally located within walking distance of historical sites and restaurants. Parking better than expected. Give this place a 5 out of 5 rating.

The pool is about thirty minutes from the location. I just felt like that should have been a little more clear in their posting - since they show it in the picture, maybe on the picture it self, say not on location - 30 minute drive. ?
