Great choice for our family of five! We had everything we needed and the property was safe and the location was great! Would definitely stay here again!

It clearly says you can arrive at 9 AM to select a room the day you check in. So we drove all day, 17 hours and stayed the night on the beach in another hotel then headed over at nine and nobody at the front desk had any clue what I was talking about. They said several other people had been there asking the same thing. One of the ladies working the desk was extremely rude and upset. When I told her I have the email showing to come at nine she said “I don’t care what it says!”. This was my first interaction at the resort. Another lady was very nice and actually tried to give me a room. Rooms ARE NOT all identical as the listing says. Some have bedrooms in the back of the unit while others have the master bedroom on the ocean side with sliding doors to the patio that spans down past the living room. Our room was REALLY NICE and we couldn’t have been happier but I also was offered a room on the second floor that was clean but didn’t offer a view and had both bedrooms in the back of the unit. Luckily, they gave me a room on the third floor, with a great view and the master with its own balcony. Loved the place and would stay again. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance including the pier.

This property is right on the beach and has everything you will need. Enjoyed the beach, hot tub, pool, restaurant-bar. The room was spacious enough for our family and the kitchen had all your basic needs. A nice stay.

Reservation said check-in at 3:00pm. Was not avaiable until after 4:00pm. Front desk said that was check-in time. I don't believe we got the condo we reserved. The one we reserved was supposed to have two balconies with master bedroom facing the ocean. Ours did not! Total confusion at check-in desk

Our stay here was awesome! We just wanted time away from the Midwest’s winter without the spring break crowd other beaches get and this spot was great! Everything was extremely clean in the room, the staff was all friendly and they adhered to social distancing and masks pretty well. The beach access was really convenient too (you could be at the beach from your room in 5 minutes). The pool was clean and the restaurant had good food too.

If I had seen the guest bathroom earlier in the week especially the first day I would have asked to be moved. Not only was our bath tub out of dat but painted over in some areas and around the drain it was pealing away. Very disappointed in the bathrooms. The view is so nice and the staff is always accommodating.

From checking in to checking out everything was seamless and efficient. The room was VERY CLEAN and very welcoming with the air conditioning turned on so that we were invited to a cool room. The view and the room was just as shown on the pictures. Communication was very prompt with the resort manager and always pleasant. I would absolutely come back again!

We have stayed at this resort numerous times and we are never disappointed. Friendly staff, helpful and a great location. Fish fry Friday at the restaurant was outstanding..

We enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Beach. Discovery Resort is perfect for families. Two bedroom condo was very roomy for a family of five.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. I was actually surprised that the photos match what you get. Now days, this is very rare. You see photos online, and you get there, and the place is dirty or pictures show another room renovated and the one you get is not. Overall location is very quiet. Beach access is perfect. The historical Cocoa Beach Pier is really close. Amenities are good. We rented some boogie boards from front desk for hitting some waves on a day we hung down at the beach. Note; our stay was over Christmas break, weather was warm enough to lay on the beach. Pool and hot tub is very clean, "very clean". I would stay here again if we were to visit this area in Florida again. Side note, Kennedy space center is only 15 minutes away, if your interested. Thanks

WITH ALL THE AMENITIES, THERE WAS ALWAYS SOMETHING TO DO AND SOMEWHERE CLOSE BY TO WALK TO LIKE THE COCOA BEACH PIER. WE LIKED THE TIKI BAR, THE POOL, HOT TUB, BEACH, ARCADE, FITNESS ROOM. CONDO WAS ROOMY. LOVED WAKING UP TO THE OCEAN RIGHT OUTSIDE THE SLIDING GLASS DOORS OF THE MASTER BEDROOM.

this place is great, has the best view and we love walking so it was a great neighborhood to walk. close to everything needed

This fit what we were looking for in our holiday week away. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean. Location was ideal. There were enough activities to keep my kids occupied. The restaurants and community were wonderful. We had a good time!

We had a great time! This place was clean, nice and the ocean front views along with the location made for a perfect vacation for us! We look forward to coming back as soon as possible. Staff was very nice and accommodating to our requests! We highly recommend this resort!

Property was nice and clean. Room was well equipped and view from 5th floor was amazing. One small thing was that our room phone didn’t work but we didn’t need it. Staff was friendly and attentive. Will stay here again in the future. 2 Dad’s and 3 Kids from Chicago.

Great location. Easy beach access. Clean and spacious condo. Variety of on-site amenities for kids and adults alike. Slightly dated decor but adds to Space Coasr charm.

The two bedroom room was very spacious, and was lucky enough to get on the 3rd Floor and the views were amazing. Only downside was no daily housekeeping. But would definitely stay here again.

Overall our room had everything we needed and the view was fantastic! Really like being able to rent chairs, umbrellas, etc in the lobby for a reasonable daily price. The owner answered all questions promptly and was very easy to work with. I only gave the resort itself four stars because on the last day they wanted to charge us 5.00 per each plastic band that we had for the pool and each key that we did not turn in. It was our understanding that it would cost us if we needed to replace them while we were there not turn them in. After much discussion it was resolved easily but I thought that was a little much

Condo was clean and spacious. Loved the large balcony. We got the 2nd floor so didn't have a beach view but had a water view which was nice. We checked in around 1 but still weren't able to get a higher floor. Didn't use the pool or restaurant since we were meeting family elsewhere but it looked nice. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Would definitely stay there again.
