Very frustrated getting in late at night with no instructions on how to get onto the property. Finally realized the key card was for the gate and found the right pad to scan the card. No communication in packet or portal so off to a rough start. Noise ordinance was communicated several times to me but not enforced and the other units were very loud. Condo served its purpose but this are of the beach is not really clean enough for swimming. Dolphins are everywhere! Condo was very clean and convenient to Savannah and fishing charters.

Enjoyed the location and property. Great amenities.

The unit could use some updates

A great place to stay with a group of friends. This condo had everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect and only steps away from a beautiful beach. I certainly recommend this location. We will return.

Great time with good views

Perfect size for us. Had everything we needed and a great location.

The property itself was very nice. It was clean and decorated well. We had issues with several lights being out - one was a main light in the kitchen. Despite reporting it our first day there it was still not working when we left. The pool closed at 8 - which may be a good time for young kids but was really early for my teenagers. The AC unit struggled all week. It completely broke on Thursday. We reported the issues first thing and by 11 AM no one had come to the unit. The temperature inside was 81. The heat index that day was 115. We decided to check out one day early. We asked for a partial refund since we had to leave early and were denied. The beach itself (ocean) was difficult to access. The island was overcrowded. Parking was hard and expensive. We chose to wear masks while we were there. While walking around the shops on south Tybee island my teenaged daughter was harassed by an adult - to the point that his own teenaged daughter asked him to stop. Suffice to say we will not be coming back to Tybee Island or this property.
