Clean, nice location, quiet

The shower didn’t drain properly and informed the staff twice, but the problem was never addressed.

Kassandra was great. I asked for a pad for the mattress and she bought one and put it on mattress the next day.

It wasn't a good place for me. I felt too vulnerable as a solo woman traveler. I was the ONLY person in the building after the optical shop closed. That was uncomfortable. Also, the street is quiet at night with no traffic and I did not like to come in aftet dark and work two keys to get into the building. I'm sure young people and couples would have no problem. I left a couple of days before my paid stay ended and rented a hotel room where someone was always at the property.

Excellent value. Spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, nice little patio, quiet neighborhood at night, close to the Plaza de Capuchins and the Mercado Independencia, comfortable walking distance to the center of the city. What more can you ask for?

Check in was a little confusing—there’s no “front desk,” so you think you’ve made a mistake, and arrived at the opticians! Maybe it would help to include some details about arrival in the listing online. Wish there could have been a coffee maker!
