Very convenient base for our bachelorette weekend. East walk go beach. Comfy clean beds. Manager is very quick to respond to any issues.

Great layout for a multi generational family. Bunks for the young kids, twins for the teens, queen for the grandparents, and master upstairs was great but 2 King beds in 1 room was a little odd. Understandable if it is needed for lots of kids. Location was great, a short block walk to the beach. Cleanliness was good but it needed a good deep clean. A few issues with internet but response was very quick and a short term fix was made. Staff was very responsive. Sound carries from one condo to another and the street noise gets a little rowdy at night. Overall I would make a return trip to this condo.

This condo is in the perfect location! You can walk to the beach and the balcony off of the living room area allows you to overlook the neighborhood. Check-in was a breeze and our family of five truly enjoyed the luxury of having our own individual space. The only downfalls: Pigeons have apparently made a home on the top floor balconies and it is merely impossible to enjoy that space, elevator does not work, the pool recommended for use is not large enough to accommodate the several rentals that are assigned to it (we never had the opportunity to use it).

The location of this property was excellent. Just a short walk from the beach shops and dining!

Maintained like a full time rental; not a home. Elevator not working, beds and dining table were uncomfortable, needs updating and deep cleaning.

It met all of our needs for our family vacation. Close to the beach. Walking distance to stores & restaurants.

The rental is in a great location-we walked to the beach each morning and night around our Savannah + Tybee tours, service on the property was easy to schedule and timely (sink was clogged), but don’t expect a lot of extras;) 1 roll of paper towels for 10 people for 4 nights with 1 dish towel is not enough. 1 exact towel for each person seems stingy and there are not enough places to hang towels (no hand towel hooks). Because we had a flood with the sink which they fixed in a super timely manner (thank you) we were gifted extra paper towels and one extra towel. We almost ran out of toilet paper (one extra roll per bathroom) but because we had 8 girl scouts and only 2 adults we had just enough. I would recommend the house-parking is good-but don’t expect frills;) Be prepared to buy extra paper products and wash your towels (no laundry soap on property).

I think it is really important for future tenants to understand what they are signing up for with this property. It is in a great location, which we really enjoyed: walking distance to beach, pier, restaurants, pool, and on the quieter end of the island. A few details. 1) The double king room is located upstairs (the railing is loose) and there is no door, so lights/sound from downstairs will carry. 2) The queen room mattress is very basic. 3) The whole property needs some TLC: paint, refreshed furniture (the table on the porch just needs to be thrown out), some wall art, new washer/dryer, additional silverware! It is decorated with the expectation that the tenants will trash the property, so very poor quality. 4) The bunk bed is made of a metal frame and wobbles- we didn't let any children sleep on the top bunk. 5) There is lots of rust- in the showers, bathrooms, and the washer/dryer. 6)The property is up a few flights of stairs. There is an elevator, but just to know. You enter through a garage that is constantly filled with puddles from rains, so the stairwell was always wet and dirty leading up to the property. 7)Finally, you can hear everything from tenants around you- it is the top level with tenants next to and below. I could hear people walking and closing a cabinet, and we happened to be surrounded by bachelor parties that were carrying on until 5am both nights. We did use the pool, and the kids loved it- it was a hassle to wait for the code each day and also, it didn't open until 10am, while the children were ready to swim much earlier. Management was very responsive, which we also appreciated. I would not stay here again.

Our Family had a memorable vacation. This was the 1st visit to the beach for some of the Grandkids and they didn't want to leave. The property was spacious, clean, everything we need was there except food and laundry detergent. 😊 The view was awesome, close walk to the Pool and , Beach. Shopping for groceries was a short drive also. I'll definitely come back!

Nice place to stay and very convenient to the beach and shops/restaurants. Easy to make a day trip to Savanna to check out the beautiful city.

Great time for our family!

This rental was great for a group of 7 adults. It has a variety of bed types that allowed everyone to have their own bed and spread out. The living area was nicely laid out so we could all gather around and chat while being comfy. It was perfectly located near places to eat and visit on the south side of the island. Very quick walk to the pier and beach - we didn't move our cars for the 2 nights we were there. The rental company was incredibly quick to respond to texts and we were able to check out the pool on a cloudy day that made the beach too chilly. The pool area was very nice with well maintained bathrooms and lounge chairs. Highly recommend this rental!

Mom her 4 girls granddaughter and great granddaughter. All for mothers day The elevator out, should have asked how many stairs as there were too many stairs for mom and one sister. Otherwise we did what we came to do hung out together

Location was great! We had enough parking for 2 cars plus a rented golf cart. Perfect place for families with kids. The kitchen could use a few updates but overall we had a great time. Check in and check out was easy.

The home was great and great location as well. Would stay there again.

We had such a nice time staying here! Walking distance from EVERYTHING - food, stores, and most importantly, the beach 😍 The house was beautiful and well kept. It had everything we needed and then some. It was well stocked too! Would 100% recommend.

We rented property because description said they had an elevator. Two of the people in our group were elderly and climbing stairs was not a good option. Property management said they would get back to us but did not receive response. Also ice maker did not work.

Located close to everything needed for a great vacation.

We had a great time in this rental. The breeze on the porches were wonderful. Great space for 7 people. We never felt like we were on top of each other. We will be back.

Great location to beach and shops. Pool was broken which was kind of sad but we had great weather for the beach

Perfect location and super functional for the 10 of us. Very clean and well stocked with immediate items needed (I.e TP, dish soap etc). AC and hot water were awesome! Comfy furniture and such cute beach decor. Lots of storage. Master beds were great. Kitchen stove was a little tricky and the pots and pans could use a little TLC. Bring extra forks if you are a large party. Queen size bed was a bit stiff just in case you are particular. Front porch had some wasps hanging around. That should be looked into. The pool is lovely, but small. Overall, we absolutely adored our stay and would return.

Smaller than expected. Pool only open until 5. Very dirty building (stairwell, garage, elevator).

Total of 9 people stayed and it was very comfortable. The linens were clean and cute! There was a place for everyone to sleep and we all had a great time. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us!

The property was very roomy everyone had their own space, public common areas dirty and in need of upgrades but condo was lovely. Good walking distance to beach which is good because Tybee has a real racket going with parking at $3.50 an hour and a 2 hour minimum !! Read the fine print...NO POOL on property just as stated, access to a pool, we never went there but it looks like it is a couple block away from property, the beach was lovely and we used it. Property is so beachy and cute and has basically everything you need.

The unit served its purpose but we will not stay there again. Also, we had someone ride by on a golf cart taking pictures of our kids while they were out on the deck. Not sure what that was all about. On the positive side, the location is great, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds we’re comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Stayed for a quick Easter weekend. The condo was exactly as portrayed in the photos. It was clean and well kept. Only complaint was that the pool was advertised as a heated pool and it was definitely not heated. It was a cool breezy weekend and the heated pool that we were expecting would have been nice.
