This is a total scam, The apartment is not private, the old lady lives in the apartment, other rooms are rented to other people. The description is misleading and not mentioning important information: - the kitchen is shared among other guests and the lady and her friend. - The room door HAS NO KEY! we literally left our valuable stuff in unlocked room in a shared apartment! - The lady left her stuff (clothes, shoes...) in the the room wardrobe, she certainly entered the room without our consent. - The lady and/or her friend smoke, the whole place smells of cigarette after that. - The lady doesn't speak English, fortunately, my partner communicated with her in Russian, otherwise I wouldn't understand anything. - No masks, no gel, 0 anti-covid and health measures.

Our hostess was very helpful and really made us feel at home.

Erica is a fantastic host. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. The pool is well maintained. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for self catering shared facilities. We thought it was great.
