Beautiful room on 7th floor with balcony and sea and castle views. Amazing breakfast such a huge choice. Very helpful friendly staff. I would like to mention Noelie who could not do enough for us. Last day we had early flight so missed breakfast she arranged for snack boxes for us.

Brilliant location - approx a 10 minute walk to the beach and situated close by to Santa Barbara Castle, meaning it wasn't too far to get to the top at all. 15 minute stroll to the old town. Lovely balcony area with a scenic view. Beds incredibly comfy and hotel very clean. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choice and variation. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool use and sunbathing area also good to have (though we didn't use this). Approx €25 in a taxi to the airport.

Our room backed onto the lifts which were quite creaky/made a noise which felt a bit disruptive at times, but we were probably just unlucky getting that room. No kettle in the room was a small let down, and not many toiletry options compared to other hotels.

A pesar de que la hora de check in es a partir de las 16:00 no hubo posibilidad de permanecer en la habitación un poco después de las 12:00 sin coste adicional.

Firstly it was SPOTLESS. Every part of the hotel and the rooms, were cleaned to the highest of standards everyday. Proximity to beach and town was perfect. Staff at reception and pool bar were very friendly. It was so silent at night, you could hear a pin drop! The air conditioning was great with a selection of settings. The shower was great, and again, spotless. Fridge and safety deposit box supplied in rooms. A good quality hair dryer, and an iron can be requested to your room and got instantly.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room and also none in hotel lobby or lounge unless it's between certain hours during the night, presumably for late/early check ins or outs. No bar in hotel only the outdoor one by the pool which was on another floor. The breakfast was a basic buffet, which I expected, but not a great selection and the tea and coffee machines were very outdated/and what came out of them tasted awful. Myself and my Mom wrapped up a croissant each in a napkin to bring to our hotel room and was stopped by a waiter and told that this was forbidden. I explained that it was only two pasties to take to our room but he still refused us taking them. I understand that people may take advantage of this and take lots away but surely they could allow a pastry for each guest.

Nos dieron muchas facilidades para el check in y el check out. En el desayuno había mucha variedad. La habitación era grande, espaciosa y camas muy cómodas.

La ubicación no está mal, pero es complicado aparcar..

-Das Hotel ist sauber. -Die Nähe zum Strand, zur Haltestelle und in die Altstadt ist top! -Frühstück ist ausreichend. -Die Betten sind bequem.

-Das Badezimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und es gab keine Klobürste. -Auf dem Balkon gab es keine Möglichkeit Wäsche zu trocknen. -Das Abendprogramm war nicht gut. -Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.
