House was just as advertised and the perfect place for our weekend stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This property is walking distance to the beach and is in a quiet and attractive neighborhood. It was close to everything and a 30 minute drive to Savannah. The unit was very clean and well furnished. We were very comfortable throughout our two-week stay. We would definitely return to this apartment!

Great communication via email and text with the property management company. We enjoyed hanging out and cooking at the end of our busy days sightseeing and spending time on the beach. It was a relaxing place to stay and was close to town and restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend!

This listing was as advertised, very clean, updated, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and a few blocks from the beach. Parking under the unit is a little narrow to get into, if you take your time it is doable. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Management checked in several times to verify all our needs were met. We would definitely stay again.

Quite, peaceful atmosphere

Check in was a breeze. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the whole place was clean. The propane grill and appropriate utensils was a nice addition that we enjoyed. The neighborhood was quiet during our October stay.

We really enjoyed our short stay. The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Everything was in biking distance which we rented for our stay. Would definitely book again.

Great property. 10 minute walk to the beach and 15 mins from Savannah. The private pool was an added bonus.

We had a awesome stay before home and loved the location and pool we rented a golf cart and easy access to everything can’t wait to return next time

The condo was extremely clean and updated in certain areas, tge Kitchen lacjed a few essentials like potholders and dish clothes, it was in biking distance of everything on the island. A nice retreat.

Pros: Clean. Big comfortable beds. Nicely equipped kitchen. About 1/3 -1/2 mile walking distance to beach. Quiet neighborhood. Love the under house parking. Tybee bike company will deliver and pick up bikes if you rent. Cons: needed potholders. Grill didn’t work great, but that was really minor. Overall a TERRIFIC experience. Highly recommend.

Very nice, clean condo. Southern Belle were very communicative and available anytime I called. Friendly staff, and the pool was warm and clean.

My partner, daughter, 16 year old chihuahua and I had a great time staying at this VRBO. Very spacious and well equipped. It was nice having our own pool right beside the property ( stayed first week in March and was a little cold) so we could splash around and not worry about disturbing others. It was also great having a back patio to sit out on and enjoy the wonderful weather. Will definitely be coming back :)

Property was very clean and well stocked. Okay location for us. My only complaint is that the door lock was a key and not electronic lock.

We stayed at Tybee Exposure which was a great place only a few blocks from the beach.. It had all the amenities we would want.. We only wish we had known the area of the beach house before we finalized our reservations.. We were hoping to stay closer to the main part of town & pier to be in walking distance.. Other than that, the place was very nice & well-stocked with everything.. We were very pleased with our accomodations...

We had a great trip to Tybee Island on Sep 17-22, 2022. The weather cooperated and was still hot and humid summer time like with a good breeze thanks to 2 hurricanes way off the coast and out to sea. Only rained at night a few times and did not interfere with day trips. The house on 501c Miller St is a nice place and very clean. The pool right outside the door is a big plus and really the only reason we rented the place. The beaches in Tybee are nice and have lots of access from the side roads. Just remember to pay to park or you will get towed. Parking is free from 8pm to 8am, load the app on your phone for easy access to parking fees. Here are the good things about the house: 1. The pool is great and right next to the house and no one else uses it. 2. The beach is in walking distance but takes about 30 minutes to get there (6-7 blocks). 3. Parking under the house is great. 4. Felt very safe in the area. 5. The house was very clean. 6. Very quiet location. 7. The deck is very nice. 8. Beds were comfortable. 9. Sofa was comfortable. 10. Quick response to problems from Southern Bell rental. So here is the criticism of the house: 1. Kitchen did not have all the utensils you need. Missing cutting board, can opener just to name a few. 2. Non-stick pot and pans are old and flaking the non-stick surface. 3. We had to call to get gas for grill and the grill lighter does not work. 4. Shower head had to be replaces after the hose broke. 5. The beach is not 3 BLOCKS AWAY. THE BEACH IS 6 -7 BLOCKS AWAY. Still close enough to walk to save on parking fees. 6. Several of the pillows are torn with stuffing coming out. 7. Neighbors in the houses next door are full time residents and not over friendly. 8. Could use another easy chair. No place to sit other than the dining chair or the sofa. 9. The house is a duplex with a full time resident next door. ( I guess the owner) 10. For the price you would expect more quality control.

Amazing time at tybee. The house was just like the pictures and came with access to the kidney bean pool. I even rented a golf cart from hawg powersports, Highly recommended because the carts on the island rent out too fast.

Very nice well kept property. Short walk to beech. Quiet and clean, had an excellent time and would definitely come again.

This property was in a great location, Al thought about a 10-12 minute walk from the beach. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were a bit crowded but well decorated. Overall a great experience and easy check in/check out process.

Southern Belle made it easy with the self check in and out. Well stocked kitchen.

I rented from VRBO before and always it was with the owner. I was taken by surprise when I booked it, and then rather than dealing with the owner, I was suddenly dealing with a rental company which led to some issues. The condo was nice and clean. It had been repainted inside and updated drapes…looked very nice but the photos were old. One of the things we really liked was the pool shown in the photos…just below our balcony. When I inquired about the key for the pool, Southern Belle (SB) informed me they didn’t own that pool. I asked if they could get a key from the owner since it was clearly being advertised as part of the rental. They said they’d ask, but we never got a key. They told us we could use their pool, however that required driving to the pool and paying $2.50/hour parking! So we looked out at the pool from our balcony but couldn’t use it! We were an 8 minute walk from the beach and when we went to use the beach cart to take our things over for the first time, the wheel fell off before we went three steps. That’s after we had to clean it up. It was filled with leaves, the fabric was very dirty and overall quite rusty. SB had to contact the owner because they had no authority to get us a cart without approval from the owner. The one beach chair was so rusted neither my husband or I would chance sitting in it. Also needed approval from owner to get us chairs. Neither chairs nor cart ever appeared (we rented the condo for a month)! We bought our own chairs and carried our own things to the beach (we are in our 70’s) because we didn’t have a cart. The neighborhood is lovely and convenient for walking to the beach, the charming little grocery store, restaurants, and beach shops. Tybee is filled with friendly welcoming people and we loved it. The condo was good, but not being able to deal directly with the owner was a problem. When I use VRBO in the future, I will be sure that I am dealing directly with the owner and not via an intermediary. While the staff at SB tried their best to help with the situation they lacked the authority to get these issues sorted out. We will definitely return to Tybee…it is a very special place!!

Nicer than the pictures! Very clean & welcoming. Great neighborhood for dog-walking & bike riding. Little community pool right outside. Ten-minute walk to the beach. Local park just a four-minute walk. YMCA is also nearby, and we actually used the gym there a number of times. I would have liked to have had a stepstool in the kitchen, as I am under 5-ft tall. Also, it would have been nice to have a pitcher so I could mix up some iced tea or Crystal Light...otherwise, the property was just what we were looking for.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We choose the property because of its location and the ample photographs on the VRBO site of the kidney bean shaped pool. Unfortunately, we learned the pool was locked up for the winter. We then tried out the "resort style" pool that is also advertised and were disappointed to learn the heater was broken. When access to pools is one of the selling points of a property but in reality you can not access those advertised pools, you leave feeling a little disappointed, Other than the lack of pool access, the property suited our needs.
