I had a very bad experience. I had requested an airport pick up which was never sent to me. I asked for an iphone charger cause my phone was off. They did not have one and did not even try to help me although I found out later that there was a Panda store next door. The room was super hot when I arrived cause the AC was not on. The bed is not comfortable.

Room size was great, lobby is comfortable, breakfast is great too.

Kitchen area is not great, microwave was dirty, everything in the kitchen area needs updating. There was an off putting smell in the room, there’s no windows to open. Water was leaking through the shower door.

The apartment was spacious and well air-conditioned. Furniture was clean and of good quality. The location as well as parking was excellent.

The duty manager Mohandis is very impertinent, and needs a little attitude adjustment. House -keeping staff is equally bad - they loiter the halls outside rooms at night ringing bells for no reason at all. When you answer the door, they peel away snickering! Highly unprofessional and incompetent to say the least. The entire management should be fired from the top down. Real hospitality is miles away from the Adagio franchise in town.
