Nothing other than bed. Toilet seat was off the toilet. Toilet was too close to wash basin. Shower door was jammed. No hot water available. Tea/coffee supplies were insufficient and old/stale. Airport shuttle was not there, although that was the reason i booked the night.

The property is overall good I can't say it's excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. But it was really difficult to contact the restaurant. Even if we managed to reach out to them they don't understand English so it was really difficult order what we wanted. Also we called the restaurant several times to return the plates after completing the meals but no one came to the room till we checked out. (reception advised to cotact the restaurant to return them) Receptionist were really helpful. Especially there was a black tall, short bearded guy (sorry I forgot his name) who was really helpful. Overall I liked the property except the restaurant staff.

Restaurant staff don't understand a single word in English and also it was really difficult to contact them on the extension number (both 104 & 106)

Loin de tout le seul avantage est la situation proche de l’aéroport . Sinon aucun restaurant aux alentours . Les toilettes étaient sales !! L’eau chaude arrive après 5 minutes ! La navette pour l’aéroport est cher . Si vous avez le temps commandez un Uber .

The staff was friendly

The washroom was rusted, drainage was open. Couch was cigarette stained with holes.

Staffs were generally helpful, however communication with the kitchen not great. Had to run between the reception and kitchen to confirm breakfast I paid for.. And 2 choices of breakfast which is just 2 eggs, a toast and tea or coffee with a bit of cheese and olive (english) on the side. Arabian breakfast is joke of the day. Don't pay for breakfast. Location not too far from airport but no shops around to eat out.

Room is dull covered in wall paper that is ripped and in some areas. Toilet basic nothing exciting. Tv channels had nothing to watch beyond bbcw, can hardly see what's showing. Really not great.

If they have their own transportation service for customers it’ll be more convenient and easier
