We booked a three day weekend for our wedding. Kristine, the manager, was amazing and very responsive. We had a wifi challenge, and they were there immediately to trouble shoot. She was so helpful with recommending rental companies and meeting us to tour before. The space was a great size - we had 11 people and didn't at all feel crampt or crowded. Each room was roomy, with great private bathrooms. Mindful that there are a lot of stairs - we ended up putting my Grandmother off site due to her knees - but it worked out well. Ample parking. The Inn has lots of amazing little plates and decorations, many of which from other weddings, that were so cute. We used a few - including a cake stand. It was so nice to feel like there were back-ups of items, and little odds and ends that we ended up using as part of our decor. One thing to note is that there is now astroturf in the backyard, which is one thing new since the photos listed, but we think made for better photos during our wedding.

This place is perfect for a big family / large group gathering. You get plenty of space to hang out both indoor and outdoor. The rooms are nicely divided, and all rooms come with its own full bath, so it gives you plenty of privacy as well. We had a wonderful stay...walking distance to downtown was another big plus. Would definitely recommend this place!

Fabulous time in a great property.

Was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Loved the property and it’s central location to everything downtown Santa Barbara. Staff was friendly and helpful as needed.

Great property would recommend for small group. Only suggestion need to clarify use of kitchen. Since our group rented the whole house we were surprised the kitchen was off limits. Scott

We lacked for nothing! The house is beautifully & comfortably appointed, and the best stocked house ever - we lacked for nothing! Owner & property manager were eager to assist, and always available to answer questions. The location is an easy walk to restaurants, cafes, and the Botanical park. We'll be back!
