We enjoyed the location

We really enjoyed staying at your home in Ocotillo. It was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The pool table on the lower level was an added benefit. We had a very restful enjoyable week with our adult children whom we do not get to see often enough. It was also nice to be back in Arizona where we lived for 23 years. Thank you very much for hospitality, easy check in and communication. The next time we come to Arizona we plan to stay at your home again if available.

The property was clean, convenient distance to multiple locations . The manager was very communicative. We had issue getting hot water and it was fixed in timely manner by the manager. Pool is awesome and the lakeside location can’t be matched. There was TV every room so that different people can watch different things if need be . Overall a lot of fun.

The Island at Ocotillo was the ideal place for our family to stay in preparation for our daughter's wedding. It had ample space for everyone to sleep and play, had more than enough space for us to have the extended family together for dinner the day after the wedding, and between the rec room and the pool it plenty of amenities to keep the kids engaged. In addition, it was a five minute commute to the venue for our daughters wedding.

We had family from New Jersey, Of course they wanted a pool. Pool was broken prior to arrival, it was never disclosed. We only slept there and had dinner twice. For 4 days we had to find alternative places to use a pool. use of home only to sleep there 4 nights. I could have rented a few hotel rooms for that. Was told they were trying to find someone to fix it. It was a swamp, totally green. It would not have been ready for a week! Very disappointed. Also advised them master shower was broken, unable to regulate water, it was scalding and our guest had to share with another family member. I have requested the rent be adjusted accordingly. I have not heard anything back! Very very disapointed.

Spacious 4 bedrooms, very clean and comfortable. The back patio and pool overlooking the golf course are fantastic.

We booked this home for our family and friends for our daughter's wedding at Ocotillo. The view is beautiful, the neighborhood is very nice, and the proximity to Ocotillo was convenient. However, 15 minutes before we arrived, I got a message saying they had discovered a water leak in the garage and the pool had an algae buildup - a plumber was on the way and the pool techs had been notified. We arrived, saw no evidence of water leak, but the pool was green. No one showed up for the pool. I messaged Jon that night "any word on the pool?" No response. Day 2 - messaged again twice, finally responded later that afternoon, he had assumed someone would have been there, and gave no other information. Messaged again that night, no response. Day 3 - no response Day 4 - still no response. messaged again, this is our last day, no one ever came, pool is green, not able to use, extremely disappointed, asked for refund. No response. Day 5 - still no response, messaged we had checked out, please advise re: refund. Finally responded, apologized and agreed to a partial refund that was not particularly acceptable in my opinion, but done trying to communicate with him. Followed up with another message to him after we got home regarding two other issues with the house (cockroach and hot water - just wanted him to be aware) and two weeks later, there's been no response. Overall, we enjoyed our visit because it was for a very special occasion, however, we were extremely disappointed by not being able to use the pool and the lack of communication. Could have booked a lower priced home without a pool.

Great property to stay for an out-of-state family as we celebrated our daughter’s wedding at nearby Ocotillo Golf Club. Clean & comfortable property to relax and feel like you are at home. Highly recommend.

Our Son got married at Ocotillo Golf Club and this was a perfect location with plenty of room.

We stayed at this property with myself and members of our wedding party for our wedding at Ocotillo Golf Club in 9/2021. We could not have had a better location with this VRBO. The bedrooms were all great size and we had no issue fitting our guests comfortably. The pool was great! Everything was kept in great shape. We loved having a washer and dryer on site for everyone to use. The rental process was very easy, the company was very easy to get a hold of and was able to answer all of my questions very efficiently. Overall great rental I would recommend.

Master bedroom was huge; our daughter and son-in-law stayed there with their 2 year-old and she slept well, undisturbed by the noise in the pool/living room. All bedrooms had comfortable beds, nice linens and were well-sized. Outdoor area was terrific: covered patio with table, nice pool, and all close to main living area when you needed to duck out of the heat. The layout of the home was perfect for our party of 9. It was brutally hot (we visited in August) and the pool area has no shade whatsoever in the afternoon. Some sun shielding was expected for the pool area but there was none. Check-in and out times were not convenient. I asked and received a cursory "no" with basic rationale when asking for an earlier check-in and a later departure. The home was very clean when we arrived (my wife approved and she has very high standards); I mention in case someone is expecting some tolerance (as were we). There is a huge cleaning fee to go with the booking, so I was not pleased with the unwillingness to allow us earlier entry.

The property was roomy, comfortable and provided a relaxing environment. We were combining a move with a vacation and we were very happy with the property, location and overall stay. We will be back.

The property was just as advertised & in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our view of the golf course & large porch with lots of seating. Jon was very helpful in answering any questions we had & is a fabulous host. We look forward to staying here again at some point! Highly recommend!!

Nice sized house for a family to stay. Patio and pool were a hit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ocotillo House for wedding week. The family had not all been together since December of 2018 and this site allowed us to fix meals, enjoy the pool and outdoor seating and views, and was close to walking and recreational opportunities as well as grocery stores and restaurants/bakery.

Owners keep thermostat locked at 71. We had a few days in upper 80s low 90s so was very warm in house which made for a bad night sleep.

The view is more than worth it for this stay. The TV outside didn't work, not that it was needed. The TV in the Master was not able to get to change to another channel. Other than that, everything was fantastic. This was the first rental home I have rented and would definitely come back to this one.

Great spot, with nice separate living areas. Loved it!

This is a perfect property for relaxing on the water while watching the golfers.

This house was perfect, very comfortable, clean and well stocked. We met here with our family from different parts of the country to celebrate our sons wedding and family Christmas. Our son lives near by and had a wonderful wedding at the Ocotillo Golf Club. So convenient! There are many shopping and dinning options near by also. The owners were very accommodating when I asked for an extra day and to heat the pool. It certainly was appreciated. I would definitely rent this lovely home again and recommend it highly. Great family vacation!

This property was perfect for seven people and could easily accommodate a few more! It actually has three+ areas inside and more outside for socializing, etc. It was very clean and well-stocked. The view of the golf course and lake was beautiful. Would absolutely book again!!
