Absolutely nothing!

The location of the property is just not safe. I was alone with 2 children. I had to drive through squatter camps to get there. The actual area is very poor and surrounding homes are upkept. There is a major building site adjacent to the rooms. The room had ants in the lounge and it didn't feel very clean. Dishes were left in the drying rack to drip dry. I rewashed the dishes prior to using them. Linen on beds appeared not to have been washed. Crease marks. It appeared as if someone had slept in the beds and they had merely been remade. The kitchen dustbin had KFC food containers in it. It hadn't been emptied. The place was very noisy on arrival and this persisted the entire 3 hours we were there on day 1. We decided to not even sleep there at all. I feel that this was complete false advertising. I checked the reviews thoroughly and what's more it has a 3 point bookings.com rating. I actually think I should get a full refund!

Awesome facilities, place has a lot of potential.

When I booked for 2 days staff didn't come in to make the bed and clean up. And in the bathroom there's a huge used container of soap/shampoo. Individual packaged soaps are more sanitary.

The apartment was lovely, really neat and comfortable. Fully gated and secure. The staff were exceptional and always available to assist. A huge thank you to Shaun for being so accommodating. We had a great experience. Definitely good value for money.

The fan in the bathroom didn't work, would have been better if it did since there were 4 of us.

Appartment was need and clean Braai area

The unfinished building suite that was not barricade off. No mirror in bathroom and no fans. Small dustbin. No toilet paper hanger. Open hole in front of door not cover properly. Bathroom fan making noise.

I liked everything, it was super comfortable and stunning, the staff members were professional.

I would like them to have a small hall for meetings do that we can host our meetings in a hall. Maybe capacity of 30 to 50 seats

This place is beautiful, great value for money and can't wait to visit again. The staff was extra attentive, provided an extra heater and blanket as it got hold. I had a wonderful stay
