This was our second visit to the cottage with my Grandchildren, the first one being in summer and I must say a winter escape was just as enjoyable. Lots of cricket played in huge back yard, long walks on the beach, the kids even managed a swim. A great time had by all.

This cottage is in a fantastic location just seconds to the beach, which our little doggo loved.
Lots of little extras provided made for a lovely stay.

This is the second time we have stayed and it was just as good. The cottage is so well equipped and has a lovely atmosphere. Location to the beach for dog is great, walks into town and the excellent amenities a bonus. The icing on the cake was the thoughtful card and chocolates for me. Joy and Phil are perfect hosts and Millie a fantastic caretaker. Ready to plan another trip.

We loved that the beach and the park were so close, our shoodle definitely loved the big back yard to run around and play in.Nice comfy beds and very nostalgic.

Beaut property with 4 good size bedrooms. Great lawn for pups and wonderful verandah to relax on. Proximity to the most lovely beach is fabulous. Thank you Joy, Phil and Millie.

Great location, excellent communication with the host and care taker. Awesome backyard and parking space for our cars/hotrods. Waking distance to the beach and park was ideal. Adequate rooms and bedding. Cleanliness was good (just a bit of dog hair on the couches though). We would definitely recommend this place. Child friendly too. Thanks for a great stay.

Our stay at the cottage was very enjoyable. Sitting out the back watching the dogs enjoying the large back yard. Able to walk each morning along the beach drinking a coffee from the van near by. It had all that was needed for our break away. Thanks

The property was better than we were expecting. It is fully equipped, very clean and has an abundance of every day essentials. Location was excellent and the host was a delight to speak with. We will be back for sure!

Great older style cottage..,,,relaxing, close to beach and dog friendly. Enormous secure yard for dogs and kids. All you need for a holiday by the beach… close enough to walk to the main centre but far enough away from the madness of Mandurah during peak season. Would definitely stay again. This was our second stay at this property which is only an hour's drive from our home in Perth. It has a lovely large back yard which our young grand daughter and 2 young dogs just loved running around. It has a doggy beach very close by and is only a 20 minute, or so, walk to the Mandurah foreshore with all it's dog friendly amenities.

Our first getaway in a long while and first time in Mandurah. Highly recommend, this little cottage has a casual beach vibe with plenty of room for the kids and dog to play and relax. The back patio was lovely to eat dinner on every night and the beach is close enough to walk to and swim at with dog in tow. Air conditioning in the main living room and fans in the other rooms made it a comfortable stay.
We will certainly be back-kids are already asking to go to our “other home”.

Loved staying at the cottage. This was our 3rd visit there. Location is amazing and for us to take our dogs and they have the best holiday. Huge secure back garden for them to run around in after a day on the dog beach. To wind down and sit on the porch listening to nothing but the birds. We will be back as it was so relaxing. Great cottage, large spaces inside and huge backyard for our dog to run around in. Aircon and plenty of fans. Nice area on back verandah for afternoon drinks. Had everything we needed. They also provided milk, tim tams, plus kitchen items such as gladwrap.

Great location & large garden but with an ancient kitchen and a bathroom from the 1950’s complete with broken floor tiles.
No wifi & take all your own bed linen.

Family getaway with the kids, grandkids and furbaby.. perfect location! beach and park so close even the todlers could walk the distance. Quick drive to everything you could need. Great yard for kids and dog. Comfy older cottage with everythjng you need. Very helpful owners and caretaker made the process very easy.

We really enjoyed our stay. This house is literally a 2 min walk to the beach and a playground for the kids. Dolphin Quay is a short stroll away, which was perfect for eating out!
The house facilities were great. We were greeted with a 2 litre bottle of milk and a pack of biscuits (hit with the kids!!). All of your basic staples and MORE were available for you to use. Even brand new Citronella candles as the mozzies can be an issue in Mandurah.
We had a great stay, the value in this property is fantastic.

My family and pets stayed for 3 days. The location was fantastic with just a short walk with dogs in toe to the beach!
Great backyard to even throw a stick for the dogs!
And the beds were so comfortable, it made us all relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

A lovely place for a stay. Great yard for the pups and everything was nice and secure. Sadly couldn't stay the whole time due to an emergency at home but will certainly book again.

The owners were very easy to contact , the house was clean and tidy , very close to the beach . Big fenced backyard for doggies 🐾 very close to town . We really enjoyed our stay and it made it so much better having a fenced yard for our dog 🐶
