Margaritaville is my favorite place on earth. The 3 bedroom cottage on Shaker St. with it's own pool is perfect and close to all hotel amenities. If there is an issue, maintenance comes quickly.

Had a great stay here! House is very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Located walking distance to the resort and amenities like hotel pool, spa, gym, restaurants and bar, and Sunset Walk. There is also an on call shuttle service which will come and take you anywhere on the property or over to Sunset Walk. Publix supermarket, Target, and multiple restaurants and stores less than five minute drive away so very conveniently located. Going to DisneyWorld is about a 15 minute drive from the house but there is also a bus/shuttle service to the parks from the hotel lobby. Loved having the ease of a home (kitchen/laundry/space) with the amenities of a hotel. Initially didn’t think we needed a house with a pool because of the hotel pool, but it made for such a nice spot to sit outside and relax/swim with just family. Rental company was extremely responsive to all questions and minor maintenance repairs and staff could not have been nicer. 100% recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time in Margaritaville staying with VStays/Ace Hospitality but in a different property. This time around we stayed at a detached cottage with a pool. The property was well maintained and very clean. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was great because it was a short walk to the resort pools and main lobby. Sunset Walk which was also a short walk away has many restaurant options. If you are looking to stay at a well maintained resort within a short drive to the Disney parks and Universal, Margaritaville is a great option.

Margaritaville Resort lobby was beautiful we had no issues with checking in. The picture of the cottage and rooms on the website was exactly as pictured. The sofa was dirty with food stains and had hair and food in between the sofa cushion. The kitchen island chairs need to be cleaned as well. Sofa and kitchen island chairs are light beige. The downstairs bedroom bed was totally gross with food crumbs, and a dead spider on both sides of the bed. I found this out the hard way when I dropped the tv remote on the side of the bed. It was nasty and disappointing. Whoever the owner is they need to fire and rehire a new cleaning crew. The sitting area around the pool was full of dead leaves – there was no broom for me to at least clean the area. Wet Walmart bagged wrapped around the fence. I expected the area to be clean. No food pantry space in the kitchen. On the website it mentions the owner will have one closet locked for personal items. There were 2 closets in the kitchen and both were locked. If your staying in a home for 5 days you need a pantry for your dry goods. I would not recommend this location until the home has an overall cleaning of all rooms.

We love this resort. We rented this place last minute and we usually do the research and look at reviews to find the best place. This house was perfect size for our family of 5. Floors were dirty and bathroom toilets did not look clean. Pool was dirty and there was no pool skimmer to get the leaves out. Updated patio furniture was great and kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinners.

Our cottage was perfect for the 8 of us. We were honoring my late husbands first anniversary of his passing from cancer. He was a huge Jimmy Buffett fan and staying at a Margaritaville Resort was on his bucket list to do before he died. He was never able to do it. Our only complaint was that there weren't enough bath towels for all of us, and the help desk promised to have them delivered to us, but never did. Overall, we loved our stay.

Great little pool outside that was heated. Only negative was the shower floors were very slippery. No non slip anything or grab bars. And no bath tubs. Would have been nice for one of those things. It was a little scary to get in there.

Great location. Fun property. The hotel pool was fantastic. The staff was friendly. Condo decorations were cute and made it feel like home. Kitchen had the needed pots/pans/cookie sheets. Even an air fryer for those who use this. We had a few small issues. First, booking via the pictures were not consistent with our condo. For example: it says private pool. All private pools pictures come with a small spa/hot tub. Upon arrival we were surprised to find the our property had a pool only. Second, the deadbolt did not work. Front desk staff said this was normal due to a fire regulation. Beware, you could pop the door open with a butter knife. Third, the TVs were terrible. The remotes were without batteries or had low batteries. The “smart TVs” were constantly stuck on one platform, “Amazon”. At some point everyone needs to relax in the evening so this was a frustration. Voicing these concerns, Vstays promises to make your next experience better. In terms of cleanliness, it was surface cleaned. Our particular condo had nice heavy furniture, but the white couches had some stains from prior use. The only other concern I would voice is if you have small children or plan to drink heavily, be aware that that stairs in the condo are very steep! We have small kids, this we blocked the stairs with the furniture at night. Overall we would return.

My mom, aunt and I stayed in this cottage for a long weekend in February. The weather was warm and having our own pool was nice! The place is set up well, clean, and the beds are comfortable, though the towels were a bit like what you'd find at a Super 8. Some kitchen staples (sugar packets, salt and pepper) would be nice for the kitchen, but I've stayed in enough rentals to know not to always expect those. It took us a bit to find the beach towels in the TV cabinet, but appreciate they were there. Note that two of the bedrooms are up a steep flight of stairs. My mom has mobility issues so she stayed on the ground floor. Also note that the showers are all brand new but there are no grab bars or grab strips on the floor. When mom slipped in the shower, she had nothing to stop her fall or grab on to, so it's good my aunt was there and could call for me to come help right away. It could have been much worse, but the owners need to remedy this asap.

We did not go to the Margaritaville pool because it was VERY crowded and more of a party atmosphere than I really wanted with our kids. I would definitely rent again!
