Locatie was goed, dicht bij de metro en centrum op loopafstand. Kamers erg schoon, netjes en ruim.

Wij misten een koffiezetapparaat/waterkoker.

The property was lovely and clean, the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The location is fabulous. Lovely and peaceful and very comfortable.

This hotel was nuch better than what I expected. I had to book during an emergency trip to Madrid the night before. Everything I knew was full so I booked here. The place was pretty, rooms were super comfortable.

The staff was super rude since we arrived. We arrived early and asked them if a room was ready before time so we could rest to let us know. They front desk woman told us in a very bad tone that we should have booked from the night before. We were cold in the room and asked for blnkets and they told us to turn off the AC. We had to begg the to bring us blankets to the room. The staff was very rude at all times.

The location is pretty convenient, it's just 2 minutes to the metro staton and the barrio is quiet, I chose to stay here for twice, and I just confirmed the third time stay just now.

The sound insulation is average, you can even hear the conversation next door at night

Staff were nice, the hotel was well located.

The rooms are vary dated, and given the price point would expect much more from a hotel. This was a stop between Barcelona and Seville, and whilst this was the most expensive hotel, it felt like the least value for money. The bed was not very comfortable, the aircon weak, and there was an odd smell in room. The TV kept losing signal when moving in the room, and the view was depressing.

breakfast and location was very good. A lot of food shops surrounding within a close proximity.

The room failed to have basic amenities such as a kettle and complimentary tea or coffee which was annoying as I though this was standard for every hotel. We did not get any top ups for our toiletries. The walls are quite thin. We had a room with no bath tub which was not great.

Unbelievably bad food in the restaurant, slow service, rooms are super loud and service cleans the hallways at 02:30AM, you hear the lift at every movement, they play loud music in the hallways you can not over hear in the rooms. The key card is constantly not working and receptionists just gives out new ones without even asking for a name or any other proof it is your room.

The reception staff was kind, friendly, and helpful. The bathroom was renovated (I cannot say the same for the room furniture), and the location is perfect to go everywhere by metro or walking. The lobby is modern and you can enjoy drinks.

The room was too dark, with only a small window. Besides that, the room was too hot even for February with the heating off and the window open. The breakfast was a continental standard one, but I was waiting for something different due to the fact that we were in Spain, where the cheese and Jamon are cheap and good. I would say a good value for the money, but maybe for my second time in Madrid, I will look for another option.

Location was perfect close to the metro and a short walk to the german embassy which was the reason for my visit. Reception team very helpful and went the extra mile.
