Perfect accommodation, spotlessly clean, great quiet location. Amenities were well thought out and more than you would expect, everything thought about and included plus so much more. The owners have thought out the needs of their renters 100%, the best welcome pack ever, wine, biscuits, milk, butter, tea, coffee and sugar, just to mention a few. Total perfection! Love the seaside theme within the decor and beautiful pictures.

The property is in immaculate condition and a lovely base for exploring the north Norfolk coast.

We had the most lovely winter break at The Coach House. The apartment itself is just perfect with the owner’s attention to detail plain to see. The were made to feel welcome from the off and Wells is one of our favourite places. A big big thank to Kerry and Steve.

The Coach House was in a great location for exploring Norfolk and it’s surrounding countryside. It was really clean and comfortable, certainly a home from home. The wine, cookies and fresh flowers on arrival were a lovely touch too. There are plenty of pubs and places to eat locally, we would recommend The Golden Fleece in Wells-next-the-Sea for good quality pub grub. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Coach House if you want a lovely cosy base to go home to at the end of a long day of walking and sightseeing.
