The WiFi instruction card pointed two of multiple Casa Bis networks "casa bis","Casa Bis", "casabis", neither of them barely worked (room 3). Finally a guy on the front desk gave me the password to a network login that worked fine. The cooler in the room was one of those units that needs a reservoir of water to work at all. It was empty and I had to fix with around ten bottles of water. I also had to fix the filter on the back using a toothbrush that I had to sacrifice.

Small breakfast snacks in the downstairs shared area. Room was fine, met our expectation. We loved the neighborhood. The look of the room and storage space was great. We felt safe - there was always someone at the front entrance.

The room smelled a bit like sewage or some kind of bathroom backup. The shower did not drain well. Which meant quick showers before the water overflowed the shower. If you are sensitive to noise, you should bring ear plugs. We had a room with a small balcony facing the street - people were occasionally loud at the restaurant next door.

Good stay overall. Location in the Condensa neighborhood iss great and the staff are very helpful. Modern and nicely designed rooms.

There's no Aircon and opening the windows at night can be difficult because of the noise outside.

The property is a cute little house located in an amazing area, with good restaurants & bars at a walking distance. The room was very small but cosy, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff was nice, although we did not interact much with them.

Despite being cosy, there was barely any space in the room for two people to be honest, and we lived a bit out of suitcases since there was little storage room. The bedcover had stains in it and hairs on it. There was a “balcony” advertised on the website but it was not usable since too small (impossible to stand on it) - and right next door there is a taco place, so in the evening you could not open the windows because of the noise and the smell that would come into the small room.

The location is top ! The property is quite okay, but a bit pricey.

The room is very small, you don’t have a lot of space around the bed. The service is not really like in a hotel or so, there is always a person in the front desk, but the cleaning for example, i had the feeling I should always request it, they don’t change the towels if you don’t ask, etc. NOT THE BEST ORGANIZATION: The manager told us the second day that there was a problem in our toilet, and we should move to another room, so we did. Then 20 minutes later he came to us and said it was a mistake, he meant the room besides us had the problem, so we should move AGAIN all our stuff back to our first room.

Location was fantastic. Victor and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Several bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The room was quite small however it was billed as accommodating no more than one person which is correct.

Missing breakfast

My room was very comfortable and well appointed. Having a private terrace was a bonus. Lots of restaurants nearby to suit all tastes/budgets. Adrian was a great host
