at already very limited offering at breakfast half of the time 50% of the selection was missing. If you want to get a breakfast you need to go down to reception for a voucher which is very impractical, they dont give vouchers upfront for more than 2days (And you have to insist on that). Most of coffee cups and glasses are broken and its very easy to get cut on them if you aren't very careful. Rooms are not kept in great shape (everything is squeaky and not very clean) , and the advertised kitchen has no cutlery/dishes etc, everything needs to be requested from front desk (considering the broken mugs and glasses at breakfast I didn't dare to explore that option) Business center and rooftop access closing at 10pm

Had a good view as we were on the 9th floor. The bed was big. Breakfast was waitress service, staff were good but choice didn't exactly reflect the menu options. Good laundry, but costly.

We booked a suite with kitchen facilities but nothing at all is provided within the kitchen unless you specifically ask for it. Security is a concern as the lift is close to the door on the street and no key is needed to access the floors either by lift or stairs. Jacuzzi was locked and didn't look particularly clean, the gym is very basic. There is noise from the street if you are on that side of the building, even on the top floor

The location was walking distance to all places. Secure and breakfast was modest. Comfortable.

Lighting was bad, the paper thin walls to the point I thought upstairs foot steps were in our room !

they promised a kitchen but there was no kitchen or is there when we ask them if they provide us with bunch of old dirty parts but for us who rents dad‘s place the main reason was to use the kitchen but we could not use those dirty pots to use the kitchen so we spend a lot of money eating out that was not part of our job also the Wi-Fi was almost not working it was very poor connection and I was another reason that we stay in a hotel for 12 nights because we do work from home Internet If people use a lot of Wi-Fi don’t recommend this hotel to them at all or none of the stuff speaks English

The location is perfect, a block away from the subway station and next to a lot of restaurants and bars, an extremely safe zone we were walking in the streets at midnight almost everyday. The place was really clean and the staff was great.

The breakfast is extremely limited and not the best quality, don't expect it to be ready at 7 am, more like 7:30, the only reason to get it is if you need an early-ish start to your day otherwise you'll be better going somewhere else.

Location, kitchen, very relaxing shower. The views from the rooftop. The street view from my room. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at this location. The cleaning ladies are very sweet and friendly. The business center is a great area to get work done with a great view.

Jacuzzi needs a bit cleaning or updating the water to make it smell better in there. Gym also needs updating.
