location, room very spacious

the stairs too steep, check in time too late at 6pm but the check out very on the dot 11 plus still chasing us.

It’s a very covenant location.

With 10 nights stay had been switch from one room to another totally traveled for three different rooms.

Big room and big spa bath. Free snacks. Good location to the metro and the department store. Quiet place. Friendly staff.

The door is controlled by the hotel, bit inconvenient need to tell them every time you leave. Room def still have cigarettes smells but you can request to change it if you don't like. The bed sheets and quilt cover quite old, holes on it. And do not wear slippers from stairs and inside too slippery. Limited options for breakfast def not worth it the price

Nice bathroom

I told them 2 times I don’t eat pork and confirmed with them tuna sandwich doesn’t have pork in it. Then on morning I found out my sandwich had pork in it. Asked them if they can change, they said they can’t do anything. It takes literally 10 min to buy new breakfast for your customer accross the street.

1. Good Location: The place is very close to the night market and the metro. 2. Clean: The room is clean and nice. Barely see molds between the tiles. Can totally walked barefooted in the room. 3. Luxury: Surprised to hear the music on first entering the room. There is also a tv in front of the jacuzzi to watch during the bath. Several options of the light to choose. We also like the design of the room(including marble colored tile), looked more stylish than in the photo! 4. Quiet and Private: the breakfast was provided in a private corridor(room). We had full privacy and freedom whenever to take our food next room. The place was quiet that we never hear the other people next door.

The staff did not provide enough information initially, but they are very helpful if we ask. The room was with the smell of smoke initially, but it eased after turning the AC on for some time.

good thing there is a foreign staff who is speaking with filipino langguage..please take carw of her since,there are so many filipinos here she is one of your asset,and she is so very kind.

Very nice and cosy room, cool design and layout. Very comfortable except for above flaws.

One of the room we booked has a tooth paste under the basin which I think the cleaner didn't clean properly or overlooked. There is no soap plate to place the hand wash soap. Not sure water leaked from which part around the toilet bowl area.

Great privacy, convenient location, close to the metro and the night market. The bathroom is to die for. A great big tub for 2 and shower and sauna for 2. Highly recommended especially for couples.

Not a thing

The location is very near the MRT Station and Ruifeng night market. A number of nice eateries around with a few convenient stores too.

There are steps before reaching the room, not very convenient for big luggage.
