We booked with short notice for an extended stay and Joanne was great to deal with. The property is well appointed, as described and exceptionally clean. Even the interior of the washing machine was spotless. It's in a good location approx 15 mins walk to Mosely Square with good river views and a short drive to West Beach activities like mini golf, tree climb and Harbour Town. We will return in the future to do activities we didn't get to do this time round and will most definitely consider staying again at the Waterside Town House. Thanks again to Joanne for a seamless trouble free stay.

My adult children, partners,6 month old granddaughter myself and my greyhound and a lovely time. Neat, tidy and everything you need. Great location, easy walk to the heart of Glenelg and everything it has to offer. The dog enjoyed her long walks around the Patt. A great time was had by all

Our family of six (plus pooch) had the best time staying in this wonderful property for our Adelaide visit. The location was perfect for morning river or beach walks and so close to Glenelg shops and foreshore. The house itself was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, well-equipped and we all appreciated the central cooling upstairs on hot nights. Our pup loved the secure front and rear yard too. Thank you!

Lovely house right by the river, perfect for morning walks. Short walk to Jetty St and Glenelg Beach. Central air conditioning was definitely appreciated when we were there as we had 3 consecutive hot days!

Property location was perfect for what we needed, secure front and backyards, great for kids. Loved the 6.00am wake up call with the planes taking off in the morning, got all of us up and going for the day. Ladies Australian Open
We stayed for the week of the Ladies Aussie Open and the property was ideal, fresh , modern and clean with all the needs we required. location was great as Jetty Rd was only a $8 Uber ride away.
We had a minor issue and when we contacted Joanne she had it rectified immeadiately - she couldn't have been more helpful.
We would highly recommend this property.

Great family stay in a picturesque location.
Beautiful property and Jo was excellent to deal with. Stayed for 3 nights with our family and it was great we could bring our dog too. Property was very clean and beautifully decorated. Staying on New Year's Eve was a treat, with perfect views of the fireworks from the balcony. Thank you, Jo!

This place was awesome had everything we needed only complaint was the mattress on the main bed sagged in the middle. Joanne was great to communicate with she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we had the perfect stay . It was great she allowed us to have our fur baby to stay with us.

The location was great, an easy 10 minute walk to Glenelg shops, restaurants and the beach. Check in and out was easy. So grateful to Jo for allowing us to bring our pets, made the visit enjoyable for the whole family. I would highly recommend this property.

Unwind at Adelphi
Fantastic place to stay. It good views across the lake which has a dolphin in it. We enjoyed going for runs around the lake and also walking into shops and beach. Our dog seemed to enjoy staying their as well.
