Great place to base out of for a hunting trip with friends. House was great.

Remote and peaceful, this cabin on the banks of the Arkansas River offer a needed respite from hectic life. With 80 acres to explore, it provides an opportunity to get lost in the wilderness. The property owner is extremely communicative and responsive. You will enjoy your stay!

Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Unique location on the edge of the mighty Arkansas. Kids and adults love to roam the wilderness, ride mountain bikes, (make sure to use the right tires and tubes, lots of thorns), catch catfish, and enjoy some campfires. Will return again.

We had a great time as always, on our list of places to visit from time to time.

Great property for anyone looking to get off the map! No neighbors no noise. Had a great time with our family and the full campsite hookups allowed us to have even more stay!

We were attending a nearby family reunion and this property was perfect for a few families to stay. We enjoyed the views and exploring the grounds. It was fall, so there were plenty of hedge apples to roll and snail shells to discover. Thank you!

Wonderful location right next to Arkansas River. Very Large property for exploring the great outdoors, hiking, mountain bikes, fishing, and canoeing the river. Kids and dog had a blast exploring nature and loved the cozy, comfortable home. River was perfect level in early fall. Hidden gem.

This was the perfect Labor Day Weekend getaway for our family! We fished, hiked, played baseball and volleyball and had so much fun reconnecting as a family. The house is gorgeous and the property is quiet and peaceful. We hope to return soon!

This was an amazing home we would definitely come back. We loved kayaking and being next to the river and waking up next to the river.

Our family completely enjoyed our stay. We often vacation to the outdoors, and this location did not disappoint. We have rafted the Snake River in Wyoming and climbed 14teeners in Colorado, and this was a great getaway for me and my family in my home state. We will return...The Robinsons

This was the perfect family spot for an extended weekend! The home was so comfortable and beautifully rustic! The scenery was perfect. We loved hanging out on the porch, fishing, canoeing and splashing in the river. Fantastic spot for humans and dogs of all ages. We felt so at home and Vincent was excellent at communicating. We'd love to return some day!

We were so thrilled to find a place that was on the river and provided plenty of land to explore. Our dogs had the best time running and checking things out. Unfortunately, we did not get the opportunity to kayak as the winds were gusting well over 25mph most of our stay. Do suggest having a plan for drop off and pickup if you plan to go on a river trip. The cabin is wonderful. Plenty of room. Has a well stocked kitchen. All the items you need to cook with. We look forward to staying again and bringing friends with us.

Three whole experience was exactly what my family needed, we came together from St Louis, Dallas, Austin, and Kansas to remember our mother and grandmother. The cabin was spacious enough that we could all be in the same place at the same time to share laughter and memories. Or thanks to the hosts for providing such a nice place to be together as a family!

Had another VRBO that was canceled last minute due to other host selling property, boy am I glad that they did! This place is awesome! Plenty of space for 9 grown men to sleep and stay entertained. The on site gun range was a blast! We kayaked the river, did some exploring, hung out by the fire with the river in the background. Couldn’t have asked for a better time. The gentleman who I Was in contact with was quick to reply to questions and very accommodating. We can’t wait to bring out our spouses to this place in the future!

This was a great find for our family to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The cabin was great and exceeded expectations from the listing. It was also stocked with everything you needed for cooking family meals. We enjoyed playing horseshoes, volleyball and kayaking down the small rapids right next to the property. We spent a lot of time on the river islands relaxing and exploring. The dogs were in heaven with that much space to run. We also drove our RV to the property and had no issues with the roads or gates on the property. We would love to come back in the summer when all the foliage is on the trees.

Had a great time. A few things didn't work in the house like the drinking water and wifi but we had good communication with the property manager and we didn't come for the wifi anyway. Beautiful place to stay.

Great space! Perfect place to unplug and get away for a few days. We have 5 kids that have varying interest, and all of them really enjoyed this place. The kitchen is great for large families like ours, and we really enjoyed being able to all gather and eat, which is rare in a vacation place! The living room provides a great space to relax, we hung out, played some games, and greatly enjoyed the fire place. The boys explored the property, we utilized the shooting range and had a fire in the fire pit in the late afternoons/early evening. 10/10 would stay here again!

This is our second stay. The place is serene, totally relaxing and immaculately clean. Total slice of heaven. Highly recommend!

Could not believe all the thought this owner put into building this property! I was right on the edge of the AR River and could not have had better views and privacy. We saw turkeys, cows, armadillo, deer, lizards, and lots of birds. We built a great fire and sat around it for hours, played games inside, are around the amazing island and slept so comfortably. Loved it!

Great place to relax

We stayed at this lovely cabin during a stay visiting family in the area. The setting was very lovely with a riverside view but also wildlife like deer, turkey and many birds. The cabin is very unique and comfortable with all the comforts. Our communication before, during and after was timely and easy. Many thanks for sharing this lovely property for our vacation rental. We will definitely return next time we are in the area.
