Very clean and well maintained property with beautiful decor. A++ for 2stall garage parking and additional on street parking. Roof top with gas grill and sink with great views. Short Lyft ride to the gulch or lower broadway. Conveniently located between most areas of interest. Would definitely book again. Property owners were very easy to communicate with.

We had a group of eight women who came to town to celebrate a milestone birthday. This property is centrally located with super easy Uber rides to most places. Very comfortable beds and lots of space for groups. The owner was very accommodating – highly recommend!

Went to Nashville for a quick family trip with my sisters and our kids. Great little neighborhood close to the Gulch, plenty of space for all 11 of us! Rooftop view was so pretty, just way too cold without a fire pit to hang for more than a couple quick pics. Overall, really enjoyed our stay, the Heiers are fantastic hosts and definitely have the most WELL STOCKED! rental we’ve ever stayed in!!

This is an exceptional property. Clean, well stocked (best I’ve seen), and Lacey was great. Great location- we parked our cars and used Uber for the downtown area. And the rooftop deck is great. I have too many pics of the sunsets on my phone. My 90 yo mom even got to the top with help. Great place.

The area is great! It’s safe and quiet! The homes around it are all new! The property is luxurious! For the folks that have physical restrictions, there are lots of sets of stairs. One of our members has a knee issue. It was hard on him to get to the other floors! The rooftop is a dream! The skyline view is worth the price of this property! We enjoyed a night in just because of this rooftop experience! We did have an issue that the bedding is not clean! There was makeup on the comforter and I doubt they are cleaned between guests like the sheets are. The towels smelled like they sat in the washer too long, but they were plentiful. The interior paint can use a touch up from some wear. Ubers are easy to find and that is great since there is no coffee shop near to walk to. The property does have a coffee station but is simple. For any inquiries prior to booking or at booking, the host was highly responsive and gave lots of great suggestions for restaurants but I must admit I am disappointed with the host’s communication, particularly at the end of our stay. We had a request that could not be honored and that’s ok but it was an unfair length of time that we needed to wait to get a response and that effected our ability to make a new plan. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. It was a great experience at a great property.

We loved staying in this home in the Gulch for our Nashville trip! The house was clean upon our arrival, and everything was how it appeared in the pictures. The best part about this home was the location, which was ideal for both daytime excursions and evenings out for music and drinks! Communication with Lacey was very easy, and I have no doubt that if anything had come up during our stay, it would have been addressed quickly! We had such a great trip to Nashville, and staying in this home was the icing on the cake!

Beautiful property, clean rooms, nice furniture, great roof deck. Two single rooms, two rooms with two beds. 7th bed is in a closet which was a little weird but ok. Everything went well. Would rent again with 6, just be wary that the 7th bed isn't really in a room

10 friends who met years ago in college came for an extended weekend and had a terrific time! This place is clean, well stocked, in an area that’s walkable (or has quick Uber response times) for east access to downtown and the Gulch area. Wonderful rooftop deck for fun evenings after dinner or grilling/eating dinner. Would highly recommend this property.

Thank you Derek and Lacey for a wonderful experience staying at your VRBO for our first trip to Nashville! The property had a great feel, was impeccably clean, fun stylish decor and well stocked with plenty of towels, detergents, dishes, etc. Nothing lacking here! The rooftop was really fun and we enjoyed the views!! Our minivan fit great in the 2 car garage with room to spare and there was always an open parking space in front of the property. Location was a very quick drive and/or Uber to everything and was quiet at night for our family to rest up for the next day's adventures! The road to all the homes in this complex is very steep to drive a car on but we made it up the road without any issue by taking it slow in our minivan. We felt very comfortable, safe and would absolutely reserve this property again!

We had a group of 5 business associates for a conference at the Music City Center and this was a great location. Short Uber rides to everywhere we needed to go downtown. The rooftop patio was wonderful and was a great place to entertain customers. Host were very responsive to any questions that we had, and the unit was just as described in the listing. One note is that all the mattresses seemed softer than the firm mattress I prefer but this would not stop me from booking this unit again on our next trip.

Very nice townhouse, centrally located between Vanderbilt stadium and the broadway strip. Our whole family had a great time.

Excellent Condo, Excellent Owners Wonderful Experience This condominium was as great as the pictures suggest Most importantly, the owners bent over backwards to accommodate our guests who all arrived at various times. The flexibility of the owners allowed an early check in time to accommodate our guests. They made sure that everything was to our liking and we’re a joy to work with. This house was perfect for our weekend golf trip. It was clean and had plenty of space for 8 guys. The rooftop and view were both incredible and we had a great time talking to neighbors on adjacent rooftops. The location was a quick Uber/Lyft or drive downtown, and there were also plenty of restaurants nearby. Check in and check out were very simple and the host answered any and all questions that we had.

The upstairs never got warm (set to 73) but overnite temp in upstairs dropped and would wake up cold.

Perfect getaway location for our gal pal vacation. It was our first time in Nashville and I was not sue where to say. The location is perfect. Right in the Gulch district, one minute drive, close to all the other areas. We rented a minivan which we parked in the garage mostly and sometimes right in front of the entrance. Very easy parking. There were 7 of us and the sleeping arrangements were great. plenty of space and bathrooms in three of the rooms. The kitchen was a finely appointed, however we only cooked breakfast. There we TV's but we never used them. We loved the rooftop deck, a must for cocktail hour before the evening out. Great views and comfortable seating. If we go back to Nashville we would definitely stay here again.

The view from the rooftop deck is simply amazing! The house is a quick 5 minute uber ride from Downtown. We can’t say enough good things about this property! We would stay here again!
