In a great residential location close to the best pizza we had in Italy! Pizza place is called family pizza and would highly recommend!

The apartment had all we needed for our stay, mainly the air-conditioning which was working perfectly. The location is very good, few minutes walk to the centre of Olbia, few minutes walk to bus number 4 that took us to beautiful beaches in less than 20 minutes. Very good pizza place around the corner,too.

Calm street, walking distance from the main activities. Nice apartment without critical shortages/defects. Our request was taken into consideration and solved, thanks for this.

The sockets/plugs and adapters for them were not always suitable - so we could use iron and hair dryer only in the small room.

Clean and close to good bus links

Good location. Easy communication. Nice apartment. We found parking spot just under the flat on the same street. One room was bigger with the aircondition, the other one was smaller without, but when you turn it on in kitchen, it works for the small room too.

No hot shower, but we survived anyway ;)

The house was quiet and clean. The street was pleasant enough and the bakery was only about 100 meters away. All of the accessories worked.

That the mirror was broken in the bathroom. I have never been in a house where a refrigerator switch, light switch and socket were together. I didn't met the landlady, but resented her texted tone in demanding that we send her ID card pictures and numbers after we were at the airport in Sardinia. She should have made such a request or requirement known at point of sale, over the internet.
