Very helpful host Chiara waited at us to immediately show and explain us everything. Parking was always possible in front of accommodation on the street and city center was just up to 15 mins walk. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Olbia and nearby North-East coast of Sardegna. Our stay at the guesthouse was just perfect. Chiara is very friendly and helpful. The room is big, clean and well equipped.

The place was nice, very comfortable and a special thanks to our host who give us many advices on where to eat (even on the next cities we visited)

We really felt at home. The place is as pictured. Chiara was a good host who made us feel welcome. She gave us good recomandations and was really helpfull. Don't hesitate to book. It's in a good location everything is nearby. Good place for young children. You have a small private garden and a lovely green communal garden. We will definitely visit again!

The house was completely renovated, everything was brand new and put together with care, we had a very comfy bed and great shower! On top of that, our host Chiara was super helpful and caring! We’ll definitely be back if we come to Olbia again. Grazie!

We had an Amazing stay. The room is beautiful and very clean. The host was very sweet and caring. She helped us with allot of recommondations. The location is very good. Its in the centrum and close to a bus station.

The host Chiara was very welcoming and helpful. she contacted us before our stay to ensure we could ask for anything if we needed it. Upon arrival we were greeted and provided with info about the guest house and lots of recommendations of things to see and places to visit. The room was so clean and modern, and the bed was so comfortable. our room had a private little garden which was a sun trap. we could also access the shared bigger garden from our room. The value for money was exceptional. the location is slightly out of the centre of Olbia, but it was only a 15 minute walk to the centre. We hired a car for our stay and there was plenty of street parking available. we were then able to travel around the island and return to our amazing guest house when we were tired. Thank you so much Chiara. Our stay was perfect.

From the photos I assumed we were going to be able to use the kitchen, but upon arrival I was told because of Corona we wouldn't be able to use it. That's something to inform guests of before so they can plan ahead.

Everything... Great, light, very clean, with ultra high walls, a super clean kitchen even we could not use it because of corona, a cute little garden and Chiara the owner is sooo helpful, understanding and friendly... Many thanks Chiara we'll be back... 💐🤩

The room was nice and very modern minimally furnished. There is a pretty little garden in front of the rooms. The contact with the host was very nice and worked very well via bookings. We were allowed to go into the room earlier, which was great because we had a little 4 year old child with us. On the surface everything was so clean (toilet, shower, bed linen, etc.) You have a nice common room. Everything looks very modern. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are shops where you can buy fresh fruit. there are also restaurants and a gas station just around the corner. Free parking spaces can be found directly in front of the door on the street. Our host helped us a lot by ordering a taxi for us in Italian for the day of departure. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport. We paid € 25 for the taxi ride. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Unfortunately they forgot to fill up the hand soap so we used the showergel insteed. We had to use the sofa bed. For one night it is okay, but unfortunately it is very uncomfortable. The floor was unfortunately only superficial and not properly wiped. Our were feet dirty again after taking a shower, maybe that was because they clean the room so fast. But there was nothing more to complain about.

I would like to start saying how amazing Chiara is! She is regardful and very nice. Giving tips and helping even before my arrival, she is such a hostess. The location is very good, 20min walking from city center (1km), bus stop to the airport in front of the guesthouse, very beautiful park 10min away. Pharmacy on the corner, supermarket 100m away, Main Street with restaurants, bars etc 2 min walking. I had a lovely stay, definitely recommend!!!!
