Hotel is clean and in a quiet location but you need a car

the room was very small and not cleaned properly. also the staff was very rude, my husband was 5 minutes late for the breakfast and one of the staff stood blocking the door and saying you can’t enter. we were put on the ground floor so directly on the street, we can hear everything from outside. would never come back to this hotel.

Very conveniently located on the outskirts of the city and also close to the airport. Very friendly, helpful and sincere hotel owner.

No proper windows in our rooms on ground level which felt a little bit claustrophobic.

I wouldn't consider it a 4 star hotel. We asked for a room change for one of the 2 rooms we booked and they said everything was closed and that is the only one they had with a broken door facing the street without any barriers. Receptionist didn't know how to answer. Of course we couldn't sleep with random guys sitting in front of our room, that weren't even staying at the hotel (there are no barriers or walls between the rooms and the street.

location is perfect and the room was clean and nice

Myself and my partner had the best experience at the olbia city hotel! Our room was spotless, a good size with a enormous sized bed. The hotel is situated on top of a hill so the balcony and views was beautiful. Also a great place to take pictures and watch the sunset. The location is a short walk from the local supermarket, bakeries, cafés and restaurants. Where we honestly had some on the best food and met some of the nicest people. There is also a bus stop directly outside the hotel which takes you into the city centre and to a beautiful beach in the north east of the island. Alan was the most warm, accommodating and professional host I've ever come across. He was welcoming and knowledgeable, helping us navigate around the city on buses as we sadly didn't have a car. Ricardo on the front desk was also especially helpful and kind with great customer service skills. Ricardo also bakes a spectacular orange cake for the breakfast service, if you stay its a must! Alan and Ricardo really did make our trip a memorable one and we are certainly going to return and recommend. We thank you again.

The fact we had to go home.

There were a couple of pizzerias, a McDonald’s and a supermarket all within a 5 minute walk. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel which was great for getting into Olbia or around the island. The aircon was a dream and it was handy having a fridge in the room.

The bedding was uncomfortable, we weren’t given a bed sheet for 3 days. When we arrived there was a brown mark on the bedding. Despite cleaners coming in everyday for the first 3 days of the trip that brown mark was still on the bedding so they were obviously just making the bed rather than changing it. On one occasion the cleaner rang the doorbell and we made it clear we were still in the room but they still entered when we weren’t appropriate. The room was a lot smaller than the photos on here. There were curtains in the bathroom but they didn’t shut properly so there was always a gap that someone could have looked in through (no frosted glass either.
