We have stayed at this property previously in a different condo and love it. We chose to stay in this condo because of the laundry in the room which was nice. The condo was clean, well appointed and just as pictured.

We truuly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was clean, fresh, and up-to-date. It was well stocked in the kitchen with great appliances. The bedrooms were nice size with good beds. The bathrooms were small but very functional. My favorite part of the condo was the balcony with its expansive ocean view. We liked the unit so much we already booked it for next year!

Great place. Amazing view and pool area. Extra was great shampoo,soap, garbage bags. Only complaint would be updated plugs for devices. Would recommend. Great.

We chose this place based on the reviews and were not disappointed. PBC was easy to find, check in instructions were sent a few days prior, the condo was spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. Would suggest a box of tissues tho, otherwise everything was flawless! Our rep, Taylor was super responsive to email whenever we had questions (where to find things or how to operate something), and we even left one day for Kennedy Space Center and i started worrying that I had left the stove on and called her and she had someone come in to check that all was well.I absolutely highly recommend PBC to anyone condsidering a stay in this area. Having the beach outside your door and within easy walking distance to a grocery store, dunkin donuts, and a short drive to a variety of fantastic restaurants were all pleasant surprises!

Nice quiet beach, grocery store close, convenient location getting to Cocoa Beach and Vierra Sports Complex for our baseball tournament about 20min drive.

This lovely unit had all of the amenities! The complex had ample parking, a very nice pool, and we were steps from the beach. People were extremely helpful and friendly.

We had a great experience renting this property. The property manager was extremely informative and the apartment was decorated beautifully. Beachy decor was in very good taste! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Plus you can’t beat the ocean views! They were upfront about the construction which they were right- was loud! We would definitely stay there again.

The condo was beautifully decorated. Stunning views of ocean (minus construction of sea wall). Living and kitchen areas are spacious and comfortable. Bedrooms, very comfortable. Staff very friendly and responsive to needs.

Our room was better equipped than anticipated. It had a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. So convenient. We had a view of the pool and beach. The property is very close to the grocery as well.

Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium. Loved the ocean view and pool. The second bedroom can use some blackout curtains. Some updates to the bathrooms. can enhance the property even more. Property is well kept in a family oriented condo building. We enjoyed our stay and the property manager was attentive to our inquiries. We will definitely book it again.

This was my fourth time staying at Paradise Beach Club. This time I brought my niece along for the week. We had everything we needed in the unit and it was very comfortable. Couldn't get the blinds shut in the bedroom facing the ocean, so maybe someone should take a look at them. One chair in the living room looked dirty, so something else to look at. The location of the Beach Club is what keeps me coming back. Right on the beach and a very nice pool area. Across the street is the grocery store which is so handy. Hope I can return again in the future.

We stayed for a week in late October. The weather was great. There was easy access to the beach. We found the condo as well as the whole facility very clean. Publix and Walgreens across the street. If we had any questions, Drew was always helpful and quick to respond. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Right on the water, super close to conveniences like grocery and restaurants. Our previous VRBOs had things like condiments included and additional beach toys, but overall met our needs.

Overall very pleasant. First night miserable thermostat was fixed to 72* could not be changed. After complaint a new box brought in to give us 69-70 @ night. Last night we were awakened by a flooded condo on 2nd floor due to water heater on 4th floor at 1am. They wanted us to shut off AC and bring in dehumidifiers but I begged them to wait til we cge ked out due to heat and daughters asthma. We were asked to please grab towels and get up what we could. We were not granted late checkout, no partial reimbursement or credit to return. I highly recommend you take out renters insurance as employee said similar sutuation happened week prior. We would still return in future but upset no credit given whatsoever.

First, the location and pool area was very nice. The room was average, it had some updates. But overall it needed more, everything needs a fresh coat of paint, the kitchen cabinets need contact paper and they also need a few more cooking items to make it comfortable to prepare dinner. Overall we enjoyed our stay but probably will look for a better condo next time.

Beautiful location right on the beach! Very clean and spacious unit with all we needed for the week to sleep all comfortably. Across the street from Publix grocery store was a bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Wish we could have been there longer. Unit 220 is right on the water; the building blocked the wind from the west so the pool and beach area were always warm. The unit layout was good, it was well-stocked and clean. We did have a lighting problem which was fixed immediately. The only problem for us was the couch--a big, deep naugahyde thing with no back cushions. Throw pillows just didn't make it unless you were 8 feet tall. We also rented 221 which had nicer furniture and more lighting. However, the bedrooms were reversed, so that the master bedroom was on the street side and the ocean side contained 2 double beds. Pretty disappointing since my daughter wanted to hear ocean waves, not waves of blaring traffic and her sons would not have cared. Get rid of those double beds, put in singles and switch rooms. It was not so well stocked as 220; kitchen needed refurbishing. The location was great, not so touristy and within striking distance of Kennedy Space Center, Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge, Haulover Canal for manatees, and Cocoa Beach if you like a party atmosphere, all great for a break from the beach. We would go again, just not unit 221.

Stayed at paradise beach club again this year. Spent 4 weeks and had an oustading stay. Beautifull view with astonishing sunrises. Drew made checking and checkout very easy. Property was well maintained and pet friendly an added benefit for us. Will be back next year for another winter stay.

2nd time around for unit #221 and very satisfied from the moment I stepped into the unit and upon leaving. From the sunrises, to the sunsets it was breathe taking.. Drew was always available for any concerns and with rental office right down stairs you were never alone. I liked the coziness of the unit which was quite different than the big hotels near by. Thank You for a great vacation..
