THE TRAFFIC NOISE WAS BOTHERSOME, THE PEOPLE UPSTAIRS WALKED CONSTANTLY, THE BED MATTRESS WAS HARD & VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. WE LIKED THE SPACE & COFFEE MACHINE.

Came for a week, to visit friends & family. Place was as pictured, as described, clean, & comfortable. Hosts friendly & helpful. May very well stay here again!

Very close to a number of trails in nature preserves. Very close to a grocery store. We had a great stay! Perfect size for 2 people.

My friend and I were having a girls trip to enjoy the mid coast area. The property was comfortable, quiet. It was a short drive to shops, restaurant, and Pemaquid Point. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed at the condo 3 nights for the pumpkin festival. The place was cute, clean, close to everything and checking in was easy. The online pictures do not do it justice, much better in person. You are in a condo though and sometimes can hear the neighbors.

Perfect mid coast location. Host had complimentary Katahdin coffee and toiletries. Kitchen is well equipped. Pool was clean and well maintained. The back porch is a great place to drink your morning coffee and enjoy the flower gardens and park like setting. One mile to downtown with lots of good restaurants and Reny's. Short drive to all the mid coast attractions, historical sites and more. Whale watching trip at Cap N Fish's in Booth Bay was the best. Host had lots of brochures on the area attractions and maps. In case of rain there where games and puzzles in the unique coffee table to pass the time. Highly recommend this place.

The location was wonderful.. Short trips to Rockland, Camden, Boothbay, etc. were easy to drive to. The condo was nicer than the pictures! Cute beach decor, very clean, had all kitchen, bath items you need. Even though this is a lower unit, it has a walk out access to the large green space outside. Plenty of light inside. One thing that could have helped would have been drapes or blackout shades on the bedroom windows. The bright morning sun woke us each morning. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean. Communication was excellent with the owners, although we did not see them during our stay. For two week renters, as we were, a small microwave would have helped. The unit does not have a washer dryer or dishwasher, but does have a stove and oven. Thanks to Cheryl and Allen for providing us a really nice place to stay while we explored the Maine coast.

Very clean and comfy. Friendly communication with owners. Baked my husband birthday cupcakes! An easy walk or drive to town. Convenient to other coastal towns. We really enjoyed the pool. Would definitely book this condo again.

Wonderful condo apt right in Damariscotta. Conveniently close to both downtown Damariscotta and Route 1 to visit nearby towns. Hosts Cheryl and Allen are kind, incredibly helpful and communication was a breeze. Apt was very clean, bed was comfortable and they included all those amenities you want in a stay (toiletries and kitchen items). Cheryl was especially helpful with her knowledge of the area. Grounds are much nicer than they even appear in the photos! Just bring a sleeping mask, cause its very bright and sunny in the morning. I will always be staying here in my trips to Maine in the future.

Condo did not have a micro wave. Other than that missing item, the entire condo was wonderful and well thought out. Thank you!

For years I've been very uncomfortable staying at any hotel. Now that we've found this Condo, I no longer will feel anything other than "at home" when visiting Maine. The owners were sure to include everything that we needed. It was spotless, well decorated and very peaceful. There are restaurants north and south of the Condo. Of course, if you would like to do some cooking, everything you need is in the kitchen and the grocery store, just 3 minutes away. We will surely be staying there again.

Very convenient and a much better option than a hotel/motel in the Damariscotta area. Very cute and clean and close to downtown. Supermarket is nearby and unit had wifi. Bed was comfortable. Could use some window parking shades in the morning as the sun was very bright at 6:45 am. But I would stay again. Great option!

My husband and I stayed 4 days at this newly decorated, spotless condo while visiting family nearby. Very nicely furnished living room with beautiful sunset views from the patio door. Well supplied kitchenette and pretty table for two. There is a nice full bath and a really comfortable bedroom with plenty of drawer and closet space for longer stays. We found it very close to restaurants, grocery, the pretty village of Damariscotta. with it's wonderful shops and eateries, and several midcoast attractions. Set back from the road, it is a quiet, cozy place to relax after a long fun filled day in this beautiful part of Maine. We can't wait to go back..We'll try the pool in the warmer weather! The owner, Cheryl, is very quick to respond to any questions during our stay.
