We love nature, and this setting exceeded our expectations! The star gazing was awesome. Sound of loons, Water lapping against the shore, otters, birds! Close to the ocean and nearby towns but very private and tranquil!

Early mornings and late nights are amazing! Sounds of loons, pristine lake, incredible night skies, charming cottage, perfect place to kayak, Kerry and Justine are wonderful hosts. Fabulous quiet retreat!

This is our second stay at the Teahouse on Blenheim Park and Estate and just driving up the road made us both sigh and say out loud that it was good to be back. You can’t help but take pictures and friends always say it looks magical. And it is. Restorative, restful. The beds and furniture are comfy, the space is charming. The plumbing is “country” so you have to be patient with the pump sometimes but it’s part of the charm. Mostly we spend hours on the porch, watching loons, herons, eagles, and osprey and the clouds go by. This trip was in the summer so we kayaked a lot. And the diving board was out which was an absolute blast. The owners are delightful, responsive, and right on the lovely property that transforms every season. Just love it there!

This is the third summer that our family of four has enjoyed the Teahouse and Boathouse from Kerry and Justin. We are often making our plans to return before the end of the week. This is a gem of a place - perfect for a quiet week of immersion in nature, mixed in with time for swimming/fishing/boating in the lake and all the excellent food and activities in the area.

The cottage is cantilevered over the pond and has everything for a carefree vacation. Beauty is everywhere; views of the pond from every window, cherry orchard, flowerbeds, and more. A true gem that we visit yearly for our Maine vacation. Charming hosts.

Well, my group and I could not have been happier with our stay! I have been to Maine, and the Bremen area many times before this, but was a first for my girlfriend and my friend's girlfriend. This homes' pictures on VRBO do not do a justice, we thoroughly enjoyed the views, and the patio. The diving board was so fun to use as adults since we are definitely kids at heart (haha). We all enjoyed drinking our coffee on the deck off the back of the house, and also had a wonderful time grilling some haddock we caught out in Boothbay Harbor. There were many great restaurants within driving distance, and honestly the home could not be located in a better spot. You truly feel that you are on the lake all by yourself where this home is tucked away. Also, I promise you that the walk to the Boathouse from the Teahouse truly is not bad at all. All in all this home I would give 11/10 if possible. Someday in the future we hope to return as the girls fell in love with Maine as much as my friend and I had in the past.

We returned to Blenheim Park after staying here in 2020. Usually return trips rarely live up to the first great experience, but this was not the case! The property was as charming and relaxing as we remembered and even our hard to please13 year old had a wonderful time. Thanks and we hope to be back soon!

We were welcomed and oriented by our excellent hosts. The property is charming in itself and situated right on the pond. Loons sang to us evening and morning. And even on the hottest day we had cooling breezes.

The two buildings are just lovely and the setting is breathtaking. Being able to step out the door and into a kayak whenever we wanted was a particularly wonderful part of the stay. The property is ideally situated for exploring all the wonderful surrounding areas. We hope to return again next year.

Returning for a second stay and it did not disappoint! It is such a peaceful and lovely spot and Kerry and Justin are the best hosts. The tea house has everything you need and the boat house is perfectly relaxing. It was so nice to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the fog on the water….even the few rainy days were great. We love coming here and always wish we had more time. Thank you!

If you are looking for beautiful seclusion yet near the best that Maine has to offer, this is a lovely place to stay. You can just relax on the property and not go anywhere while enjoying the amazing scenery, go on hikes, fish off your front porch, use their kayaks to go on the lake, swim, snooze in the hammocks, and enjoy the fire pit and awesome night sky that is blanketed with stars. Easy to take day trips to beautiful spots in mid-coast Maine and great restaurants abound. The only problem is vacations are never long enough and you won't want to leave!

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed! It was absolutely beautiful, charming, and relaxing. Our hosts were very helpful and we hope to return again in the future!

The stay was wonderful! The hosts were so helpful and kind and there was everything we needed to have a fabulous vacation! The houses are such a delight - they are adorned with beautiful touches and have a personality all their own. We jumped off the deck diving board into the clean and warm water of the pond. We took kayaks around, floated in the water, and enjoyed a morning cup of coffee on the deck. We took advantage of amazing restaurants, sailed on a lighthouse tour in Bath, went to a beautiful beach nearby. Truly a gem and I wish we could have stayed even longer! Thank you Kerry and Justin!

This was our family’s second stay at this gem of a property and it continued to exceed our every expectation. The house is thoughtfully and beautifully appointed, and the diving board, patio and back deck are spectacular (even more beautiful than the photos if you can imagine that). Every year the owners continue to reflect upon and refine their guests’ experience with improvements here and there that add value. The week flew by with swimming, kayaking, and enjoying the many amazing restaurants in the area. We can’t wait to come back next year and build more memories with our kids!

This place is so special. No detail is overlooked. The setting is absolutely stunning, the spaces are cozy and stylish. The abundant outdoor space lends itself to relaxing, playing and enjoying the lake and nature. It was a vacation we will treasure forever!

Hands down this was the best place we’ve ever rented. First, the dwellings. These buildings are exceptional in every way. Truly. The Teahouse harkens back to the 1920s with its local architectural history and the careful decorations throughout. Each added touch is set to inspire the visitor’s senses. A supple, gold couch. Record player ready. Walls of windows framing water. Stone mantle fireplace. Reminders to slow down. Breathe. This setting is so sumptuous it could be featured in a design magazine, and yet it invites you to put your feet up and rest. The kitchen is well-appointed in the same vein: utilitarian in the sense that everything you need is within reach, yet aesthetically rich and restorative. There is egress to the porch here, and few resting places on earth can rival the pure serenity of this open, covered porch. Below, the water laps against the stone breakwater. The horizon beyond is crammed with trees and blue sky. Duck and geese eye you as they wade past. Loons call as reminders that you’re truly “away from it all.” The boathouse is superb as well. Decorated in fresh whites and blues, you’ll feel immediately restored as the screen door pads closed at your back. Inside, the air is fresh and clean, just like the linens and décor. Windows line an entire wall of the boathouse, seamlessly merging the inside/outside spaces. There are no missed touches here. From the decorations to towels to amenities, the hosts have devoted themselves to your comfort. The mattresses are new. The linens sumptuous. The stand-up shower decadent. Hand soaps lovely. Natural light abundant. The hosts live on the property, but there is plenty of room for privacy, which we loved. The deck of the Teahouse and the windows of the boathouse all face the pond where privacy is offered as a gift. There are no lights at night across the pond. No air traffic. No road noise. Just the loons. When we did see the hosts, it was like running into old friends. Their joy and love for the land is palpable. We were honored to be short-term stewards of this stunning spot for the two weeks we rested. The water is fresh. Warm. Swimmable. There’s a gorgeous diving board off the deck, a favorite spot for my ten-year-old son. The only bad thing I can say about this rental property is that I don’t live there. I’ll remain forever grateful to the hosts for the experience they provided us. We came away renewed. Better than when we arrived.

It is an idyllic setting with the Teahouse cantilevered over the pond. Every view is a water view. Very quiet and peaceful. The hosts have paid great attention to detail To enhance the experience.

We were so excited for our vacation and I would use one word to describe this home, pristine! We had a perfect week! The house and boat house were pristine and decorated beautifully. Kerry and Justin have thought of everything! The pond was crystal clear. We loved having coffee on the deck and walking right in to the pond from our patio. Such a special and unique spot and we LOVED it!!The location is great for getting to lots of mid- coast things too! The list of restaurant suggestions was very helpful. Our stay at the Teahouse was absolutely delightful! With an eye for design that connects the interior and exterior living spaces, Blenheim Park offers rose gardens, a kitchen garden, a cherry orchard and apple trees, not to mention gorgeous views of the water, kayaks, and fun flamingo floaties. The property provides enough room for 5 adults to have room for privacy when desired. We could not have imagined a better space for our family retreat!

We had a fantastic stay. The hosts were very responsive to anything we needed (which wasn't much because the cottage was so we'll stocked). We took the kayaks out almost daily to look for loons, fish, and turtles; we relaxed on the patio; we played Srabble and old records; and we visited nearby towns and parks to hike. A really lovely place to stay!

An idyllic spot on a beautiful property that Kerry and Justin have put their all into, and it really shows. They have impeccable taste and every piece has been carefully curated to make this place special. No detail was too small, and we had everything we needed. We had an unusually hot first few days for June but it was so nice to waltz into the water whenever the mood suited us. By mid-week we had more Maine-like weather - beautiful days and crisp enough for a fire at night. During the day we saw a few fisherman in the distance but otherwise felt like we had the lake to ourselves. Your hosts are lovely people and always responsive but otherwise you barely know they are there. The stars are amazing here, and you feel like it’s just you and the loons at night! Perfect location close to Rockland, Camden etc but not as bustling with other travelers. Thank you for the amazing week! Already planning next year!

A magical little corner on a perfect sized pond in a beautiful state under an explosion of stars. Visited by a pair of loons everyday and the Milky Way at night. The pictures absolutely capture it--yes, it's that pretty. We had great communication with the owners who are on property but out of sight. Comfy beds and indoor and outdoor furniture. (We also felt very safe, Covid-wise.) We stayed in October so, while we were tempted, we never did jump in the water. We did a lot of kayaking though and hope to come back in the summer to lounge around on the patio. We're weirdos who bring our own espresso machine with us and we loved our giant lattes pond side every morning and our wine by the fire at night. We hope to return (and return and return). Thank you to Kerry and Justin for sharing this wondrous spot.

This is the perfect Maine getaway. It’s centrally located but a world apart at the same time. Very nicely appointed and perfectly serene; you won’t want to leave!

We had an incredible stay here. The property is absolutely gorgeous, so relaxing, and the hosts couldn't have been nicer or more helpful with their recommendations of things to do/see/eat in the area. We would highly recommend it, and definitely plan on going back.

We absolutely adored this property! It is so unique, well appointed and cozy. The owners are nearby but you would never know - you definitely feel like you are alone on the pond, which is exactly what we were looking for! The pond itself is almost undiscovered, with very few properties on it. So quiet and peaceful. We were able to kayak every morning with the loons and even see a bald eagle one morning! The location of the property is perfect - so close to Damariscotta to get groceries and within 20 minutes of the ocean. Pemaquid point is nearby and so many other attractions. This is a special place, and was perfect for our family of three - would definitely stay again!

Words can’t describe these beautiful cottages and property on idyllic McCurdy Pond. It is evident that Kerry and Justin have poured their hearts, souls, and artistry into preserving Blenheim Park and creating a magical experience for their guests. The cottages are gorgeous and well-appointed without being so precious that I worried about my 11 year old wrecking the place. Perfect retreat for a couple or small family with an older child who can appreciate solitude and simplicity. We feel so fortunate to have found this place and would stay forever if we could! The surrounding mid coast area offers something for everyone, but most days we were content to nap/read in the tea house or on the patio, swim and paddle around in the kayaks or just sit by the fire and watch the stars.

We had a fantastic stay at Blenheim Park with our two boys (aged 8 and 10)! We unplugged, played charades by the fire, swam and rowed in the lake, and read under the deck umbrellas. In the evenings, we tried the excellent restaurants in the area. The days melted into each other - and before we knew it we were packing up to head home. Thanks for a great week - we hope you will have us back next summer!

The owners were super respectful of our space but always a text away for help and suggestions. On a scale of 1 to 10. We would give Blendhiem park a very solid ten. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay here for months. The most peaceful and relaxing of vacations. Thank you Kerry and Justin. You have created the most beautiful and relaxing destination.
