We came for an annual friend trip. The place was perfect for our group of 10. We had of space. The location was perfect and the space was so we’ll done.

The Library rental is an awesome spot for your next group trip. A couple blocks away from the hustle of broadway but close enough to walk without any issues! There was some traffic noise in the bedrooms with windows but I’m also a light sleeper. The property manager was great at communicating and the place was very well appointed. We would definitely stay again!

We had 9 adults (two sets of parents and 5 kids in their 20's). This property offered a wonderful place for us all to gather and hang out in the morning and mid-day before heading back out to the bars! The main room is spacious with a ton of seating. The pool table was an added bonus and the Music City lights provided a great Instagram photo backdrop! The bedrooms were spacious and having three bathrooms was a plus. There are a couple of downsides to this property but nothing that would prevent us from staying here again. One is: whoever sleeps in the bunk room, needs to be aware of the bright exit sign that gives a red glow all night. The bunk room and one of the King rooms have a skylight so when the sun is up, so will you! (Bring an eye mask). The 2nd issue is: In order to get to the bathrooms, all of the other bedrooms connect through the bunk room. This was fine for us because we are all family but take note when booking. Those in the bunk room will have zero privacy. The 3rd is: The beds are super creaky - every time you roll over, it is really loud! Overall, this is an amazing place with a fantastic location and we would stay here again!

We had a college boys trip in Nashville and stayed at the Library Penthouse. The condo hit all our needs - great accommodations, perfect location walking distance to all the fun bars, and fantastic amenities (loved being able to play music on the Sonos system). We would definitely go back and would highly recommend to any big group celebrating anything in Nashville and wanting a great home base!

If you are looking for a place near Broadway, this is where you want to be. Just far enough away for the live music to not keep you up all night yet still only a short walk to all the rooftop bars. Wonderfully set up condo with all the amenities you could want.

This place was everything and more. Great for a large family or group of friends. The pool table was a huge hit. We will bring food and cook there next time.

Within walking distance to Broadway, which is what we were looking for!

Great location, Nice Place and Easy Check In!

My only complaint would be that I read the description of the property being 3 master suites, I believed that meant that each of those bedrooms had a bathroom in it. my bedroom didn’t even have a closet in it that I stayed in and you had to walk bye the area of the bunkbeds to get to the three bathrooms that are there in the house. It did work out OK but it was not what I had expected, and it is very noisy in the back bedrooms. also, the checkout time is 10 AM and that was a little rough and I was unable to get a late check out. The maids were waiting for us at 10. Hard to get 11 people that party all night out of a house that early. otherwise loved the location and the decor they offer a concierge service that I used to help celebrate my sons birthday and they were awesome. I ordered a cake and balloons. They helped me organize a private car and dinner reservations to alcohol being delivered to the house. That was definitely a plus.

No surprises with this rental. It was clean and the description on the intranet was accurate. We would rent this property again!

Great place! We loved it!

We were a group of 11, ages 30-75. We had the best time. The location was ideal for walking to Broadway. The building was secure, clean and perfect for our stay. We loved the bunks and the vanity. Thanks for the frequent communications.

We had a great time here and would recommend it for parties of 6-10 people. Ice maker full of ice for drinks anytime!

Great experience staying at the Library. Apartment was great, super nice. Great locations. Pool table, plenty of sleeping options, good communication on parking and entry/exit/check out. Would stay again for sure.

I couldn't find anything else like this property. I am so glad that I found this stay. We needed a place to stay for a tradeshow, so I needed a TON of beds, and their large bunk area was perfect. It slept 8 separate people comfortably for a work trip.

Overall, The Library was all that we could dream of for a group this size wanting to stay in downtown Nashville! The look of the living area/kitchen was great to hang out in! We loved that there were 4 bedrooms. The location to Broadway was just a short walk...which we all needed by the end of the night! The only concern we had is... that you have to know and love the party you are staying with. Because there are no connected bathrooms, sharing 3 is a bit "unique!" Also, you have to walk through the bunkroom to get to 3 of the bedrooms or walk back out passing the bunkroom to get to the bathrooms. So, you feel like you are disturbing those in the bunkroom a lot. Finally, the only big bummer is check-in is not until 3:00 PM...so if you have an early flight coming into Nashville...finding a place to keep all of our luggage was a bit of a pain. I wish that there would be a drop-off luggage option prior to check-in for guests. Overall, we had a BLAST in Nashville, and staying at The Library made it so fun!

Traveled with a group of 9 girlfriends. Awesome space, and close to Broadway. We would stay here again!

Went down to celebrate my friend getting married the house was great fit us all and was exactly what it said it was nice short walk to the strip was nice and clean

Everything was amazing until it wasn’t. Someone in the group ended up breaking something in the house. We cooperated and paid what was needed. Other then that issue on our part it was a great place and would recommend to anyone.

The location could was great, we were able to comfortably sleep 12 guys and enjoyed the decor and comfort of this apartment. The communication with the host was also top notch.

Great stay in this well stocked loft! Great location! walk to everything! Front two bedrooms are a little noisy hearing all the street sounds. Would stay here again!
