The staff was very pleasant with us. The place was clean and very beautiful.

Great clean facilities, owner was lovely. Just a little outside of the city but bus is easy to navigate.

Friendly and hospitable host. We had a big bed and a whole room for us. Bathroom and toilet was shared with another room. We could use the fridge and cooking utencils in the common kitchen. Very flexible with check-in and check-out.

Room had a fan but no AC. Bathroom and toilet were shared. Bathroom got wet after taking a shower.

we had a 1 bedroom separate bathroom. And the French doors lead out into the garden and own patio table and chairs. ie room was 6 minute walk from the train station.

it wasn't completely near the sea, but with the train and walking it only took us like 25 minutes

Very musky when you walked into property. Shower ceiling needs a cleaning. No private parking had to park on street which isn't good with luggage being left in car. We selecting car parking which the guess House said it had. Maybe two options need on booking private parking and on street parking/public car parking

Everything! Spacious bedroom. Excellent kitchen facilities. Great outdoor place to sit in the garden. Very friendly hosts. Federico responded to my messages most promptly.

We enjoyed our stay! The Villa is very charming and pretty and has a vintage vibe. We also had a pretty garden view and enjoyed our breakfast there. Federico was very helpful, he arranged that we could check in at 7:30am in the morning :)) the kitchen had everything needed. I strongly recommend this villa!

You have to walk around 40-50 minutes to the city center/station. For someone this may be a con but we enjoyed walking down to the city everyday :))

The host seemed nice, however, when we told him that it is too cold in the room he claimed that the temperature does not go below 20 degrees which was not true.

The room had a horrible smell and it was too cold. The bedding was dirty. We felt very uncomfortable. I have stayed an extra night because I have paid in advance, not knowing how bad it will be, and that was a mistake.
