Very good house, neat and tidy, well presented in a good location

The house was generally fine, nice location although a little out of the way. Great cafe up the road (The Store) with excellent coffee. House is cute.

I booked the house through Booking.com and in all communication about the house it stated that there was wifi. There is no wifi in this house. I booked the house because it stated there was wifi as I needed to get some work done during my stay. I had no mobile reception on Phillip Island either. Also the stove top doesnt work well and there are a few essentials utensils missing from the kitchen.

Good location in a quiet area.

Scant kitchen utensils and no pantry items ( it would be good to mention this on the listing) or provide some basic pantry supplies. Salt, pepper and sugar are not really enough. Door handle to one of the bedrooms locked - no response from the agent or the locksmith on Saturday night so guests slept on the floor in the lounge. Poor communication and lack of empathy and responsibility from agent.

little out of the way. Also, as the front door was not accessable, (no key available for security door), we had to carry our luggage to the back door. It was a bit dangerous coming back late at night as there was no security lights to see where we were walking and the ground was uneven. Mentioned this to the Real Estate Company (First National)

safety hazard as the front wire door couldn’t unlock. quite a few cobwebs. kids bedroom very musty smelling.

Lovely home feel. Not so close to Cows. very comfortable. Had absolutely everything you needed.

Air conditioner leaked. But that can be easily fixed.
