My daughter had farm camp across the street at Sunflower Farms and this was the perfect home base for us for the week! The property was perfectly and thoughtfully stoked and so very comfortable. The hosts were gracious and responsive. We had a great week.

We had a fantastic 3 weeks in this beautiful and modern (but still cozy) carriage house in Prospect Neighborhood. Samantha and Chris were fantastic hosts with great communication for check in and were kindly willing to accommodate a last minute schedule request. When an unseasonable cold snap came through they quickly made sure that we were warm enough (we were!) and had all the snow shoveled before we were even out of bed. The carriage house was extremely clean and is even prettier than the pictures with very comfortable bed and lovely linens. It was well stocked so we were even able to prepare some meals though we loved walking to the neighborhood restaurants or taking a quick drive up to Main Street. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again! Thanks for being such great hosts!

Loved my stay! The unit is flawless and well designed with so many thoughtful touches for guests. Location was also great and as a solo female traveler I felt completely safe. Prospect is a beautiful neighborhood and I quickly jumped on the highway to head to Boulder for hikes, other surrounding towns or around Longmont. I’d rate it 6 stars if I could!

Great attention to detail; everything needed was there and more; delightful decor. So clean, it felt like we were the first ones ever to stay. Will be our first pick when revisiting the Boulder/Estes Park area. 5 star + !

Everything about this property was excellent. Hosts thought of and supplied us with everything to make our stay exceptional. Location is perfect and there are a lot of different options for food and activities. Can't say enough for how the hosts had this property stocked, ABOVE AND BEYOND! This will be our go to Vrbo when back in beautiful Colorado.

Our every need was anticipated in thoughtful and intuitive ways. The space itself is impeccably decorated, comfortable, warm, and spacious. The location was very convenient, with everything you can need within minutes and allowing for easy access to visiting the Rocky Mountains and other towns.

Highly recommend this property. Very clean easy check in and the neighborhood has coffee breakfast and many other shops within walking distance. One of the best places I have booked so far. If you are in the longmount area don't missed this place well worth it.

This carriage house is tastefully designed and equipped. It’s located in the best neighborhood in Longmont, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by. I never want to leave when I stay there. The owners are some of the most prompt and professional VRBO owners I have had the pleasure to work with. I’ll be back…

We loved out stay at the Cottage. The place was super clean. We received a welcome bag and a few extra treats for our stay. We walked to several nearby restaurants, great coffee and probably the best bakery I have been to in a very long time. Thanks for your hospitality!

Had a wonderful experience staying at this property. The apartment was clean, well stocked with everything I could possibly need and the furniture and space were very comfortable. The owners were very accommodating to my needs when the dates of my work seminars changed.
Overall, a wonderful and positive experience and I highly recommend this property!

Warm and Beautiful
Absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way. There was a table top Christmas tree and yummies waiting for us. They thought of every last detail and more. So thankful we found this warm and cozy home away from home. We even brought our grandchildren ages 5, 2 and 3 months. They had toys for them and a wonderful park within walking distance that we enjoyed. We will definitely be back!

Short Stay in Longmont
I have stayed at many VRBO's. This one was by far the cleanest and most organized. The area is awesome. Having the carriage house on garage gave it more privacy. I will stay here again!

The bed is very comfortable and the rental is spotless. I was touched by the welcome gift from our hostess. She was very thoughtful and considerate. We had a realy looky loo neighbor that really peeped on us one morning on her walk. I would recommend to keep the blinds closed lol.

Comfortable, CLEAN stay!
Our stay was great! My husband and I stayed two nights while in town for a wedding in Lyons, and it was a perfect spot to stay. The carriage house was just as pictured, extremely comfortable, and by far the cleanest VRBO unit we have ever stayed in (and I have high standards for cleanliness!)! Samantha was an extremely responsive and helpful hostess. I definitely will stay again next time we visit Longmont. The neighborhood is also super cute, with several local restaurants, coffee shops, and stores within walking distance. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

Best decision
CLEAN, nicely updated, great location. Several niceties included (but we did not expect them) Like laundry detergent, a few food staples, and even a bottle of wine to wish us a happy anniversary!! Enjoyed this property immensely!

Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. It is in a unique neighborhood and close to other cool bars and restaurants in Longmont. We would like to return so we can spend more time enjoying the area. Thank you for the great hospitality!
