Spacious and comfortable. Good space for 4 people, even 5. Close to the city center

We had payed way too much for what we got. We saw a mouse the first night we got in and rats outside the house and in the neighbourhood. We spent our stay disinfecting everything and we were not feeling comfortable eating and cooking. the tab in the bathroom must be fixed. we were getting soaking wet each time we tried to wash our hands.

blankets where dirty, there was rubbish outside of the property. the pull out bed was uncomfortable, but it was ok for two nights.

was very cold, had to turn up heating to about 24 degrees but still so cold rubbish outside of the property, in the garden too, rats were seen in the front garden no sheets or bedding supplied for the sofa bed given minimal toilet roll for a 3 day stay of 6 people, needed to go out and buy as not enough supplies, same as shampoo and shower gel

it was ok for the price

only one light bulb working in the main lounge out of 5 the tap in the bathroom was a shovel type and if you lifted it up to high you got drounded and it went all over the floor it could do with some maintance the enterance could do with cleaning steps were filthy

That I got paid back my deposit.

1. The place was dirty 2. You are met with a very dirty environment and entrance 3. Used COVID-19 test kit left in the house 4. Refuse from 2021 still in the house 5. The beds are very uncomfortable 6. The room heater in one room was for show 7. Staff told us to leave in the middle of the night because we didn't like what we saw.

I like the location as it was central and close to central Swansea, bus station, local market, school, bank and church. I could take a 10 minutes walk and get everything I wanted.

1-The place was not cleaned regularly 2- No cleaning equipment provided to clean 3- The environment (outside the entrance) was not clean 4- Locating the house and key was difficult

The property is in basement and it was not clean. The curtain in one of the room was broken when I entered the property. The sofa bed is not working. The lights in the kitchen is not working. The chimney was not working in the kitchen. Still this property is allowed for rent in booking.com. this is really frustrating

Very nice location. House is nice and warm. Very fast response from the host.

The bulb at the kitchen always problem. I would like to suggest to change the sink tap in the toilet.

The property was clean and tidy and very comfortable. We didn't need to use the garden, but there was plenty of space to play if you had children with you. Lovely large shower. Good kitchen facilities and all essentials provided.

The bathroom seems new and a great shower but maybe a little incomplete, the basin tap was too powerful and soaked your crotch if you weren't careful turning it on. One kitchen drawer knob was loose and only one kitchen light bulb worked (still plenty of light to cook by). Only 4 mugs and 3 glasses provided for (up to 6) 5 of us.

Clean and modern

The apartment smelt bad, horrible location but once inside not too bad. Bed in spare room was awful, not fit to sleep on and tap in bathroom drenched you everytime you turned it on. Average but could be improved with not much work. Garden was a jungle!

Clean, comfortable with plenty of space and extra facilities including Netflix, washing products, kitchen reshments and comdinatments, bedding, toiletries. Overall we were happy there and location was good for what we needed.

Parking was a little tricky, there was issues with rubbish which was overflowing and right next to front door, the children needed to hold noses when entering and leaving apartment. Bathroom tap also caused issues with people getting soaked and became dangerous with little ones slipping in bathroom. This was a shame as we loved the apartment except for those issues and neighbours were friendly we felt safe there. We were given incorrect codes for key safe but this was sorted by buzzing the buzzer and we did get help.

It was clean and had obviously been renovated recently. Nice big bed.

No cups and just one mug. The shower room sink had a tap that shot water right onto the person using it. Soaked our daughter twice. Good job the water was not hot or she would have been scalded. The noise from the flat above was horrendous. Shouting and thumping about until one in the morning. Thank goodness we’re we’re only staying two nights. Won’t be staying there again.

There was a lot of rubbish on the street/outside the property which had not been cleared away, therefore, contributing to rats around the front of the property which we saw. This was very obvious as there were black bin bags outside the front door with holes in them. The rubbish outside the property appeared to be alcohol bottles and laughing gas bottles. The area around the property didn't feel safe at night - a lot of students/noise which kept us up most nights from the flat above. I do not believe this is value for money as the area does not reflect the cost to stay here. - Only 1 toilet roll provided - Heating not on -No parking as stated in the description -Light in the living room not working - Noise from the above flat means the master bedroom is out of use at the night - Poor quality bedding/towels -Wifi does not reach the living room(only works in the room that the wifi box is in) - Bathroom tap does not fit properly and spills water every time you turn it on - A charge of 200 pounds is needed for the deposit- never experienced this before. It took up to 7-10 working days to come back. - Garden left in a mess/health and safety hazard

It was cheap and cheerful and clean

There were rats running around the front steps you could watch them from your living room and continual smell of fat cooking from the Chinese take away two doors down
