Great apartment - stayed for 2 nights - apartment very well equipt and clean. Great location and fabulous view over the city.

Really beautiful view, nice contained apartment with everything I needed. It has a bath in a nice bright bathroom, a double bed in a spacious bedroom with lots of storage space and a tv. The living/dining/kitchen area is really lovely and of course the huge windows with the incredible view of the city! The kitchen also has everything you need. It was also warm and cozy, and quiet. I didn’t hear any neighbours the entire time I was there.
It was very clean! Everything was well taken care of and tidy.
The location is so perfect, you can walk into town (and literally see it from the window), the Marina has lots of restaurants there also. the beach is just a few steps away and there is a shop literally outside the entrance. There is also security down in the reception so it feels safe.
Finally, the check in and check out was very easy and straight forward.

Excellent location, 16th floor stunning view of marina and Swansea, my wife and I had a great 3 days even though the weather was atrocious, would definitely go back

The property was absolutely fantastic, with great extra amenities like a fold out sofa in the living room and spices jn the kitchen. Everything was automatized, there was no need for me to call the landlord for anything- everything was in place!

View (over City) was excellent. Close to sea, 1 shop and 3 restaurants - although we tried only 1. Apartment was comfortable and extremely clean. Enjoyed having Netflix although most of the options pointed to Chinese programmes.
No teapot, no butter dish, sharper knives, only 1 small saucepan but HUGE colander. Bed could be wider - plenty of space for it - and proper drawers rather than hanging shelves in wardrobe. All MINOR issues but nothing to hold onto when climbing out of shower could be dangerous.
Parking space was hit and miss. There was only ever ONE space left - which we managed to get.
Although fairly near to town, the immediate area was devoid of people.

The location is perfect, easy to reach anywhere in the city. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance, 2 minute walking to the beach…. The apartment is beyond my expectation, nice view and very clean.
