We met with Family in Swansea and used the property as a base to explore and enjoy the city. It was great and accommodated our needs perfectly. It's stylishly designed, spacious, warm and the views overlooking the city and bay were awesome.

We were asked to pay a damage waver fee - which is fine, it was in the terms and conditions. But this made us a bit nervous about breaking anything. We still enjoyed our stay however, and the fee was given back to us.

Happy with the property, much better cleanliness than other properties.

17 emails from booking.com for one booking. Whish I'd booked through Airbnb. Will never use booking.com again. How can anyone enjoy a break with 17 emails for one 3 day booking. Don't get this problem with airbnb. On top of that multiple phone calls from the property agent.

A family of 8 of us stayed over the Christmas period for 5 days. The house was spacious an the dining room was perfect to seat us all plus more if needed. The living room area was spacious but a little tight for us all to chill out and gather around the TV. The bedroom we're a good size and the beds we're really comfy. Both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms were also a good size, clean and tidy. The communication with the host was brilliant. They sent everything via whatsapp and booking.com. They were extremely easy to contact and polite. Nothing was ever too much or a problem for the host. I called the host, as there was a problem with the hot water coming from the shower. They had someone come out and fix the issue within an hour, along with extra bin bags and complementary toilet roll as it was boxing day and many shops were closed. On the day we were leaving (10am checkout) the cleaner arrived, who was very polite, friendly and patient as we were exiting and loading our bags. The house was left very clean and tidy, which she thanked us for. The beach is a 4 min drive away and is lovely. We took a stroll along the beach in the morning and later in the evening. The children really enjoyed the beach. They took picture and made TikTok videos.

Although the house was very clean and is an air bnb, I do feel as though it's time for the house to have a lick of paint to freshen it up as there were marks everywhere. The house does not have a back garden. The pictures shown in the add are of the front terrace, which is at the front of the house. This means that if you wanted to spend time outside on the terrace, you would be seen by passing traffic and neighbour as there is no privacy. The area is quite hilly, so if your no good with hills then it's a no go area unless you drive. There are also quite a few step up to the entrance of the property.

The property was in a good, central location and was spacious with good views. The kitchen and utilities were good and meant we could prepare and eat meals in the house during our stay.

The property was not in good condition, and we were underwhelmed when comparing it to the listing. The walls throughout the house were dirty with drip marks, scuffs, deep dents and excessive dirt, something that could have easily been corrected with a fresh coat of paint, this made the house less inviting. On arrival the house was not clean, the skirting boards were covered in dirt and dust - more than what would be expected even if the property had been cleaned after the previous stay and remained empty since. All the blinds were also dusty, the bannister of the stairs sticky and every room had cobwebs and insects. For a family of asthmatics this was hardly ideal, we did call the number provided and a cleaner was sent out the same evening we arrived and the house cleaned to a better standard.

The accommodation is immaculate and near a lot of attractions. You have amazing views including views of the beach ⛱
