Location is good

I have booked a room from 22nd to May 24th may 2023 and I have checkout my room on 24th May 2023 at 1 PM. On booking.com My amount was 2200 rs for 3days but at the hotel they charged me an extra 1690 rs. In total I have paid 3890 rs, when told reception that my actual amount is 2200 rs and after that they start auguring me. When I tell them they are cheating they start threatening me saying if u call them fraud they will call the police and put me in jail . I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

As a guest who recently stayed at this hotel, I would like to express my disappointment and frustration with the behavior of the staff and owner towards me during my stay. Not only did the room have a filthy floor with someone else's hair and a lack of hot water, but the walls were also covered in stains, making my stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. Furthermore, the staff and owner's behavior towards me was completely unacceptable. Despite having already paid for my stay, they demanded additional payment from me and continued to question my status as a guest, even after multiple individuals tried to explain it to them. Their response to my frustration and use of offensive language in the situation was also disproportionate and unprofessional. They ganged up on me and threatened to kick me out of my room after dark, which was a terrifying and unsafe situation. Threatening me with calling the police even of I won't oblige. Additionally, they humiliated me in front of other guests, which was completely unacceptable and added to the overall unpleasant experience. Overall, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The state of the room and the behavior of the staff and owner towards me were unacceptable and made for a thoroughly unpleasant experience.
