The provide a breakfast, it is very limited but I walkways appreciate when some sort of breakfast is provided.

The state of the room was terrible, with the toilet full of mold, the beds where not only uncomfortable but also the bedsheets where old and with holes, we also had to request them to change the towels as they look like where used to clean the floor or something like that. We also requested toilet paper as it is described as one of the toiletries provided and the reception staff literally said that as none uses it they do not have it and sent us to buy a roll in the supermarket. To be honest given the price of the hotel I would expect a more professional treatment to the guests. Eventually, after few minutes of debate, they accepted our request and provided the toilet paper. The check in procedure was also a bit too long, taking pictures, requesting the copy of the eVisa, and passports, as well as filling up different forms. In this trip we have stayed in more than 10 different places in South India and that kind of thorough procedure is not the most usual. The pictures shown in Booking.com are out of date

The room is very spacious and the entire hotel is super clean. Everything working perfectly. The hotel is close to a busy avenue with easy access to transport and it is quiet inside the room.

Hotel.location is hardly 1km away from the station area near the hotel was also good with nearby supermarket and many more eatable items Also the cleanliness and staff behaviour was very good

They are holding 2 check in, check out times. For online customers 12 noon and walk-in customers 24 hrs check out time.. In side the room they mentioned that is 24 hrs check out time.. It will confused the customers and they charged additional amount for late check out

everything I mentioned above should be better. It is not at all a Hotel. You have to call it as Guest House.
