The place was comfortable and well maintained. The people were courteous.
The location was a bit isolated and we had some minor inconveniences as we didn't have our own vehicle.

We liked the location with beautiful peacocks very much. 2 BHK Apartment met all our expectations. Our children felt homely atmosphere. Entire apartment was very clean.
Check-in time is 2 pm. We have to wait till that time. It would be better if check-in time is between 11-12 pm.

The property was neat and clean. Lots of greenery and calm and silent neighbourhood. The property contained everything that you may need while staying. Thoughtful arrangement. There is a small restaurant at the top floor and the food preparation was very nice.
Nothing specific. The restaurant can have Indian spread besides Chinese food option.
Otherwise no problem, you can order food using Zomato/Swiggy.

The location of the apartment is ideal and it is close to the city. There are shops at walkable distance which made getting things very easy. The area is also very quite and peaceful. I was also impressed with security of the building and how it was well maintained.

The apartment was good with decent facilities.
We were in mangalore for two and a half days. On the last day i requested owner just to allow us some more time beyond his usual 11 am checkout time so that we could change clothes before leaving. But owner was adamant that it would not be possible. Was expecting some more supportive behavior.
In room no 102 in one of the bathroom toilet seat, the lid keeps falling down. It was hard to use the seat. I was too busy so couldnt get time to discuss with owner.
The approach road is narrow and parking is kind of hard

The Hotel guy informed they don't have the room, so we have to find some other hotel at the last moment. It was a pathetic experience what we had by reserving in advance .

The location is fine, just a 10-15 minute rickshaw or taxi ride from central mangalore, railway stations etc. The hotel apartment block is reasonably well maintained, and has good security.
Likewise the apartment is adequately furnished and clean.
The beds/mattresses are uncomfortably hard by Western standards, although probably reasonable by Indian standards. The same goes for the sofas in the living room , hard cushions and you are forced to sit upright, which is not comfortable.
A safe to lock away any valuables would have been useful, also some basic kitchen items eg washing up liquid would have been helpful too.

Not a fair dealing from owner. Not very comfortable when owner threatens with fines for everything and charges extra for cleaning…

Apartment was well maintained and kept fully equipped.
The host or the lady we were communicating with was very accommodative, would definitely recommend this place
The location was little hard to trace but overall it was nice.
Bath towels were not so good to use , would recommend using khadi cotton or Egyptian cotton towels instead
