Everything about this place was amazing. We will return. It was the best location. Everything was comfortable. The owner couldn't have been ore accommodating and helpful.

Extremely customer service oriented. The owner carried our luggage & parked the car. He was very friendly & welcoming.

Our room was an apartment in a building right on the main street. Staff was very helpful when we arrived and even met us at the car to ensure we were in the proper spot and help with our bags. Our apartment was up a couple flights of stairs, had a beautiful view over the street and we very quiet. Staff was very helpful.

Just barely 2 fights of stairs was no problem for us but could be for someone else.

The host was amazing. He went out if his way to help us.

Spacious clean room, very kind accommodating staff who let us easily book a 2nd night's stay. Comfortable bed, clean towels, shampoo, kettle, fridge provided. Very central. Amadeo is a wonderful host, happy to help and provide suggestions.

Shower head is low down in the tub with a tiny glass wall so the only way to shower is to sit in the tub: this needs updating. A small table and 2nd chair would be a great addition to this spacious room so guests could eat in it.

Amedeo was excellent. His service was top-notch, above and beyond at every request. Everything was as promised and he helped out whenever he could with anything we needed.

Great Location and friendly manager. Nice big room with access to open outdoor area off bedroom. Have a lift which was great for luggage. I would stay again, but room for improvement.

Minor issues: Would be nice to have softer pillows, the bathroom was a bit small and the shower was tiny. There garden area off the bedroom was next to a construction area, so it smelled like dust & rubble.

The place is amazing, the owners, the hotel, the room.. it is a must stay and must see! We only booked for one night, but the owner and the city made us feel so welcome we ended up staying an extra night. We wished we stayed longer. The owner and his wife and the bother were amazing, they were there for us and guided us where to go and what to do. This place is a must!! When given the opportunity, we will def come back!

Breakfast was lovely with fantastic views at the cafe close by, recommended by Amadeus.

Would have liked some sort of milk in our room to make tea when we arrived after a long journey.

A good location. Be certain you know it is a room not a studio. It is what we expected and it was immaculate with a comfortable bed, small frig, and hot water pot. Host, Amadeus, was extremely gracious and helpful even as we were delayed driving in by a late plane.

In the old town, but still in the lower part of town, so be ready to walk up 🤓 to the center of town

We loved Montepulciano, and the apartment was the perfect home base for our exploration. Service was wonderful - we weren't expecting daily cleaning. Apartment was well provisioned and very spacious. It was apparent that a lot of care was used to convert this historic building to rooms and apartments in a very tasteful way. The modern elevator was a bonus. Our host came with us to our car to help get it parked in the right location, and helped bring our luggage to the lodging. He was always available for local recommendations. Everyone was so helpful and friendly!

The location of the property was fabulous, and whilst parking isn’t easy in Montepulciano, the staff went out of their way to assist with this. Security and care was most evident with the lovely couple who run the accommodation.

You can't really reach by car, but they have a parking close by. I packed a.separate bag for one night what was perfect.
