Breakfast was adequate. However hostess only allowed one cup of tea. Coffee n drinking choc were removed from the table immediately one cup was served. Anyway we went back to the room and had our other cup as the provision there was sufficient. Location was central to activities I was undertaking and very close to shopping mall n shops. Was not able to view the room earlier before checkin and no response from phone calls done to business line. No easy access to premises as gate is locked with no one manning gate. No one answered gate bell at 9.45am though later after we left the owner returned my calls and excuse given was insufficient even not acceptable no apologies either just that they only arrive when I check in so I cannot view rooms earlier. Never understood that at all. I thought if your open for business you should be accessible By phone or someone at gate to answer gate bell. Anyhow I ended up viewing the room at check in

Parking was indeed available, but when you towing a caravan, which I specified, the space is extremely awkward and then other guests park you in, which is not cool.

Parking space is restricted, no where in the booking process do they tell you that Credit Cards are not accepted, so when you checking out and have 800 kms to do that day, you have to run around town trying to draw cash; Please be very clear when Credit Cards are not accepted. And lastly, please don't charge almost R500.00 pp for a basic dinner, to lady in attendance was very sweet, but that meal doesn't justify that absurd cost, lesson learned, next time I shall ask for the price upfront; I could have gone to the Hotel nearby and had a much better meal for a lot less.

The location is central to Lobatse. The flat is spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful garden in a green settings. Wendy is extremely helpful and friendly.

Water pressure is very low, even after the pump is switched on. The gate motor does not work, the gate is almost too heavy to be moved by hand. The place urgently needs repair and maintenance. At R1 000 per night it is overpriced.
