Molto comoda la posizione per visitare il centro storico a piedi

Tilava, tyylikäs huone. Kaunis pieni parveke historialliselle aukiolle. Aamiainen huoneeseen, aamiaisen sisällön voi edellisenä iltana valita. Majoituksen sijainti paras mahdollinen. Hotellissa ei ollut pysyvästi henkilökuntaa paikalla, mutta tarvittaessa apua aina sai.

Korkeat kiviportaat haasteelliset liikkua, hissiä ei ole. Aukiolla musiikkia koko päivän mikä oli hieno kokemus mutta myöhään illalla joskus häiritsi.

De kamer was prachtig met een fantastisch zicht en een heerlijk bad in het midden. De locatie is recht in het hart van Palermo. Je kan altijd eventjes langs InCanto passeren om snel even wat af te zwieren of te rusten. Ideaal, zeker als je palermo snel of nauwkeurig wil bezoeken. De badkamer is zeer volledig en de ´vanity´ sets waren zeer handig aangezien onze bagage 2 dagen in de luchthaven is blijven hangen. Er is optie voor ontbijt op de kamer of in de gemeenschappelijke ´keuken´ met eettafeltjes.

De ramen zijn dun. Je hoort alles heel luid van de straat. Wij waren er in de herfstvakantie, toevallig ook het feestweekend van de doden. In het begin was dat ok en droeg het bij aan een unieke reiservaring. Maar na enkele nachten was het toch genoeg geweest. Gelukkig, dankzij de oordoppen die er lagen heb ik wel goed kunnen slapen :)

The room was beautiful and clean with nice linen and comfortable bed. Shower is great! Location is central to a lot of nice restaurants and activities. Sonia is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Many flights of stairs and no lift should be considered by the traveler. The breakfast was nothing special.

The location is amazing, smack in the middle of where you need to be. The room was spacious, and still very new, with a fridge that served as minibar. The personnel was very service oriented, booked us a parking garage to park our car (20€ per 24 hours), and responded swiftly to our queries via WhatsApp. We could leave our luggage for a couple of hours in the morning after check-out to still visit the museum of contemporary art around the corner. Instructions to enter and check-in were very clear. What we appreciated especially was the option to select what you want for breakfast, at what time, which they will prepare for you - we assumed this avoids wasting food.

For a room that recently renovated, a lot of things were ‘ramshackle’, especially in the bathroom. Tap, toiletrol holder, the shampoo shelf in the shower were wiggly, not fastened properly, button to switch from hand shower to rain shower was stuck, the laminate in the room had gaps. The toilet was mounted in a corner of the bathroom, leaving hardly any space for your right knee. The room was also on the third floor, we had to carry our heavy bags up a couple of flights of stairs. It is an old building, so we assume an elevator is not an option. Lastly, there was this recurring noise during the night, a bit spooky, a rattle as if somebody was trying to enter the door. Only the second night we discovered this to be the Glade automatic air refresher, that dispensed at an interval… Some details to take into account, but overall still a good place to stay.

The room was very large and clean. Loved having breakfast on the balcony. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The property was in an excellent location, right on the spot at Quattro Canti. We were upgraded by the hotel and we had a room with view to the amazing sight of Quattro Canti. The room was spacious with excellent interior design. The breakfast was full of local delicacies too!

On the negative side, there is no lift in the building and unfortunately we had difficult time to reach the 3rd floor carrying all our stuff. Also, the room had street view and there was loud noises all night from the people outside. We were handed with earplugs but in my case this was not enough.

The room was beautiful and perfectly clean, equipped with everything one could need. The breakfast was an exceptional touch, various and absolutely delicious! The staff was also extremely kind and helpful and made sure that our stay was perfect. ♥️

This cute hidden apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay. So modern and clean and the bathroom was nice and big! Breakfast was custom to what we chose and delivered to our door on time. Great service! The room was also beautiful. The location was perfect and amongst all the popular streets with restaurants and shops.

It was a little difficult to find at first. We hired a car and because of the strict traffic rules and limited parking it was hard to locate with all our luggage. However once we did the owner gave us clear instructions on how to enter. It would have been nice to see someone on check in or check out. It was all self service. But no biggie.

Quite loud at night and the room was a lot darker than it looks on the pictures. Nice clean and modern though with a massive bathroom.

Noise level out of control (windows are not glazed). Bizarre layout with little privacy (one room opens directly onto reception deck). Rude, seemingly inexperienced receptionist. Staff stole a bottle of digestive we had purchased and left in one of the room refrigerators.

The room was fabulous, very spacious and a great view from the balcony. There was a great selection for breakfast and it was delivered to our room. Staff were extremely helpful and gave us some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in Palermo.

We felt the AC wasn’t working properly and the room was a bit too hot for us.

Well located, clean, and beautiful! We had a wonderful short stay—would gladly return to this idyllic oasis in the heart of Palermo. The staff was extremely helpful and we especially loved hanging out on our little terrace.

The property was bang in the Center of everything!! It’s a lovely space overlooking the main Quattro! And the facilities were top notch! The staff was always always available to help us out even though we had a self checkin. Made the stay super easy. The best bit was the room size in this area! Fab !
