This was our second time renting Splash of Cran and we had another amazing stay. This year our baby is 14 months and on the move. The house was perfect for him and equipped with all the things we needed for our son. Our daughter is older and loved the air hockey game. We had a great time on family bike rides, the beach and walking to some restaurants. Nicole was responsive and great to deal with throughout our stay.We will be back!

We had an amazing 2nd year at “Splash of Cran” with our family. We have 4 young children, 2 adults, and 2 seniors. Location, proximity to beaches, and restaurants was perfect. The house was equipped with everything we needed and super clean. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful visit! My two best friends and I celebrated our birthdays together in this spacious and lovely home. There was more room than we needed for the 3 of us and I can imagine a larger family also greatly enjoying their stay. The home was immaculately clean and comfortable; the decor relaxing and pleasing. Great to have AC on a warm week and a washing machine/dryer. Highly recommend!!!

Our family of 7 had an awesome stay at Nicole's beach home! Large, clean, well-equipped, and great location. If you have young kids, this is a no-brainer. This home is off of the beaten path away from busy roads. It has so many toys, multiple strollers, a wagon, and tons more just for the kids. Open space concept with a massive kitchen and living room area. Will definitely be back!

This was probably the best rental house we ever had! Super clean, fully equipped. They even thought about putting a variety of toys for the kids! You could tell that the host genuinely cared about this place and wanted their guests to be comfortable! Location was great, close to everything. Outside shower, fireplace, huge picnic table next to the bbq grill. Inside was equipped with all you need, lots of plates, etc. Beautifully decorated. We definitely want to be back!

This home was spectacular. We loved our time here. The house was in an excellent location and was stocked with toys, beach games, chairs, etc. Very clean home, and laid out perfectly for a family.

The house was spacious, clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach. We would stay again!

This home was everything you’d want in a vacation rental. Especially during COVID, having the space to cook and/or bring food in was imperative. The house is immaculate, very spacious and just lovely all around. The hosts were very responsive when a question came up and offered many ‘extras’ to help make the stay more enjoyable. While we didn’t end up using them, we were so appreciative knowing they were there. The location was wonderful, just outside of Ogunquit, with terrific access to beaches/restaurants both on foot or by car. All around, this is a 5 star rental from top to bottom. This home was better than the online listing! The home was super clean, open, and spacious. It was the perfect set up for our family. They had everything we didn’t think of or forgot to bring. The walk was pretty easy to the beach. We found it easy to find a spot at the public beach access. Overall this house was by far the best home we have rented and would highly recommend.

Easy to communicate with owners, house was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Great for walking and running to the beach. The open floor plan was great for our family. We came to get married on the beach and brought our parents and son and sister. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. Our only complaint was the beds were a little hard. The fire pit was great and we hope to come back next year!

Our stay in Wells was perfect from start to finish. The house was perfect for 6 adults and one child (2 yr). From the fire pit, abundance of beach gear, stocked kitchen, grill and loads of toys this property has it all! We all agreed that we would 10000% rent this house again. The owners were informative and offered clear and quick communication.

We enjoyed our walks to Moody Beach along the marshes and then from Moody Beach to North Ogunquit Beach. My husband and children loved riding bikes in the neighborhood and along Ocean Avenue. Thanks to Nicole and Matt for a wonderful vacation! We cannot wait to go back.

This was the perfect beach house for a family! The house is immaculate and beach chic. The owners have everything that is needed for enjoying the beach with little ones and the house is equipped with all the tools for grilling and outside entertainment. Next year we won’t have to bring as much as we did this year :)

My girlfriends and I had a perfect weekend stay at a “Splash of Cran”. Everything was pristine in the home and so beautifully decorated that I wish the owners would come decorate for me. The house has everything we needed especially for the beach. Moody beach is walking distance but be sure to bring a wagon on your walk (also supplied by the house). Additionally, it is a private beach so less room for the public but Footbridge is also only a mile drive and we were able to enjoy both beaches that weekend. Love the location to Ogunquit- we actually walked to Angelina’s restaurant for dinner and back one night which was only a mile. Super convenient to coffee, ice, and everything else you may need to grab on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend this rental and stay here again either with friends or family. Additionally, the process with Matt and Nicole was so easy and smooth. Neighbors on the street were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this property!

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean and nicely decorated. We loved the open concept and the hosts provided bikes and beach toys which was a great bonus. We enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood. The neighbors we bumped into during our walks were very friendly. Nicole gave us information about the nearby beaches and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Property is immaculate and was the perfect size for my family of 4. Enjoyed daily walks/runs to the beach. Great towns to visit and close to many good restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!!!

The owners have done a great job in designing and maintaining this property - it is comfortable, beautiful and very convenient. The house is brand new with anything that you need (ex linens, towels, and toiletries). The neighborhood is well kept and an easy half mile walk to Moody beach. We came during shoulder season so it was quiet (but with gorgeous weather). Nicole was very responsive and provided easy directions and tips for the area. This was a perfect place to have a family reunion!
