This was a beautiful home! The coffee bar was well stocked. The roof top was amazing! We have a bit of an issue with the door lock. The management team was extremely responsive. Could not ask for anything better! Would definitely stay here again!

I was with 5 ladies over the age of 60. We had a great time and it was perfect for us. There are stairs so if that’s an issue but it was not for us. We absolutely loved it. It was well stocked with custom coffee creamer etc. We had an absolutely wonderful time. We didn’t use the rooftop terrace but there was a frontt/side patio that was perfect for our group. Would definately stay there again. Great experience!

We enjoyed this place, it's very clean. Short walk to Kroger's, about 45m-1h walk to Broadway (or 10min in an Uber). Well equipped kitchen and the rooftop patio is amazing with a great view of downtown in the distance. 2 great bedrooms with queen beds and individual bathrooms, plus one quad bunk room, also with its own bathroom. We were never more than 6 so this was a good fit.

The location of the house was great for our family to celebrate the college and law school graduations of our two sons. We had a great time and the house had everything we needed. Very appreciative for all the coffee options.

We had a wonderful time at the Inspire House! Everything on the listing was as expected. The coffee bar was a huge hit as was the rooftop! Location was close to Broadway and easily able to catch an Uber versus driving and trying to find parking, which was expensive. We ate at the Germantown Cafe one evening. Had great service plus great food! Worth stopping by!

Such a fantastic trip. Made so many amazing memories and the beautiful home was a huge contributing factor. Would absolutely go back and stay in the same home again.

A very cute updated townhome. Be prepared for lots of stairs! They were very well stocked for morning drinks and bathroom toiletries.Good central location too.

The house was perfect for our needs. It is well stocked, clean and very comfortable. The host was very thoughtful about all of the added amenities. We arrived late and were grateful for the coffee and tea in the morning since it’s a bit of a walk to any coffee shops. The neighborhood is transitioning, but we felt safe at all times. The grocery store and the village of Germantown were less than a mile away. The only downside is the highway noise on the rooftop deck. If we spent more time on the deck, we would have solved for this with some music. Also, the host was very responsive to our questions.

Adam was beyond accommodating! The house was perfect and has every amenity needed and more. Beds were extremely comfy. So clean and well decorated. Location was easy uber away from the fun in any direction. Close to everything! Would definitely book again.

The Inspire House was well appointed and just as described. Check in/out process was seamless, we appreciated that the home was furnished with coffee pods and ground coffee and creamers! The rooftop was on point. House was about a 7 minute drive to Broadway. I personally loved that a part of the stay sponsors a child in need.

Myself and my bridesmaids had a great stay at this property! It is very well stocked with everything you need and clean. We could get anywhere we wanted to go within 15 minutes. We had reached out to Adam with a question and he was very quick to respond. We had a very positive experience :)

My friends and I had an amazing weekend visit here. The check in process was seamless and we were very close to everything including the Nashville predators game and Topgolf.

Great location (close to Broadway so Ubering was easy and not too expensive) and house was perfect! We all truly enjoyed our stay. We had 8 women all around 65 in age and we were comfortable and had plenty of room. Gets our 5 star rating....and not easy from a bunch of old Bats!

Everything was as described and great! Short Uber ride to downtown, you could walk to germantown. Rooftop was great! Hassle free booking.

What an amazing property! We came to Nashville to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. There were 10 of us staying. Adam the host, has great communication with his guests. Adam was very accommodating. We had guests coming in at different times and he helped us manage luggage and accommodations until check in. The property location was ideal. We had a mix of young adults and some seasoned ones. Staying just a tad out of the Broadway mix but still close enough to everything was fantastic. We felt safe and secure. The property was immaculate. Very very clean and was fully stocked with all the necessities. The queen size bunk room was perfect. The 2 queen bedrooms provided enough privacy for the rest of us. The rooftop provided some added living space to relax and take in the views. Dont miss out on this gem! We will for sure book again with Adam for our next Nashville adventure!

We were six ladies in our 50s coming to Nashville for a girls trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is very well equipped with everything we needed, including spices, some condiments, coffee, etc. Toiletries and towels were also provided and greatly appreciated. Location was convenient for Uber rides for everywhere that we needed to go, as we did not rent a car. Our only concern/issue, and this is a temporary issue, was the construction noise as the home is located in a part of town that is currently experiencing a lot of gentrification and improvements. we communicated this with the property manager and he apologized. We did understand that this was beyond his control. Our only advice if you were considering booking this rental is to reach out to Adam to investigate where they’re at with construction in the immediate surrounding areas, if you are sensitive to noise. Beyond that, no complaints and we would definitely recommend and stay again!!

My girlfriends and I recently met up in Nashville to celebrate one of them getting married. We stayed at the Inspire House and could not have been happier with the accommodations! There were 8 of us in total and there was plenty of room for all of us! The bunk room was super fun for several of us to slumber together! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! (Especially the coffee bar! 😉) the roof top was beautiful and had a gorgeous skyline view of the city. Had we not traveled during the coldest weekend in January so far (including a snowstorm!) we would have used it more, but the fire pit was a nice bonus for one night! The location was great! Not a far drive for anything we chose to do! Adam was a fantastic host and very easy to work with! I would definitely recommend this house and this host, and I know when we visit again we’ll definitely be reaching out to him!! 5 ⭐️ for sure!!

This was a great place! So close to broadway and was so clean!

The house is perfect for a large group. It has Everything you need, from coffee, tea, and extra toiletries. There is no need to run to the store. Neighborhood is very quiet, far from the hustle of Broadway, but within 7-10 minutes from it and all the other places you want to go. Adam was very helpful. His restaurant suggestions were right on! Our favorite was The Optimist, but do check out his other suggestions in Germantown. Drive out to Franklin for a day. Basically, we really enjoyed our stay!!

If you’re looking for a spot in Nashville, this is it! The property is luxurious! The host allowed us to check in a few minutes early, and instead of asking for a fee, told us to enjoy our stay! Cannot recommend enough.

The property was beautiful: plenty of space, very clean, updated, provided everything we needed and then some. Beautiful rooftop. The Host was easy and quick to communicate with. Definitely recommend this property. We will be back when we head into town again!
